Wish I could give zero stars! Horrible customer service!!! Rude or high employees that couldn't care less about you. Have to hunt them down to get assistance.They only enforce their return policy when they feel like it. Witnessed a woman & her husband return DIRTY shoes that she admitted to wearing outside. We purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter. She was excited to try them out & wore them around the mall for about an hour. She quickly realized that they hurt her right foot (you can only try on the left shoe in the store which is SO stupid). When we tried to exchange them for a bigger size they refused because of a little glitter on the soles...which I was able to wipe right off. I mentioned the previous customer that was allowed to return dirty shoes & they got a huge attitude with me. Will take my business elsewhere!

In the store for over 20 minutes, not 1 employee ask if we needed assistance. Finally received assistance, asked for a 9 sold us a 10. Returned and manager blamed us for their mistake, never apologized. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LAZY EMPLOYEES

Just left JD sports at Great Lakes crossing and want to give a special shout out to Gavin! He went above and beyond for me! From the initial phone call to the pick up of my purchase. Definitely go shop…they got a lot of options i haven’t seen in other stores.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I tried to make a return at this location in August. Since I paid through Klarna, the store policy is to refund me in cash. However, the manager at this location who I dealt with took my return and said she needed to check and see how to return this on the phone in the back. After 10-15 minutes of waiting with no response from her, I asked an employee to go in the back and ask her if I was all set to return home (I had a new puppy I needed to look after). He came back and said I was all set. Should I have waited for proof of the return? Yes. But I didn’t have the time to wait on someone who seemingly vanished into thin air.The return was never processed. So I ended up footing the 135 dollar bill. Either this is total negligence on their part or someone in their staff stole the shoes. There isn’t any evidence of it in their inventory and after dealing with finish lines terrible customer service on multiple occasions, this still hasn’t been fixed. I’m going to the local police to file a report of theft. Their prices may be worse, but just go buy at Foot Locker.

Great experience at this finish line! I came in to buy some blazers and was immediately informed that they had very limited stock due to high demand. Although the color I wanted was unavailable, the employee, Gavin, brought out several sizes for me to try so that I could know what size I was. After trying on three sizes, we figured out which was best. Coincidentally, they had that size I needed in the men's version. Gavin was even kind enough to re-lace my shoes for a more desirable look.

Good selection of shoes but I believe it was the shift lead or what not (a guy) was a bit snippy with me. I didn't like his attitude. Regardless of the time a customer comes in it is important to still serve with a smile and no attitude.

I called this place At least 10 times To get no answer And no customer service at all The girl messed up my return and only gave me 3 of my 4 items i was returning she kept the shirt but did not refund me 35$ that i was owed the invoice proves the error and id like my refund of 35$ . trans#73780 , cashier: 0349653Purchase trans: 74013Please refund my money guys its Christmas

Went in 3 times today and waited for almost an hour with no help. I was going to buy 3 pairs of shoes. Now I'm in the parking ordering these shoes from another store.
