I apologize for not catching her name, but whomever was working last Friday night was a ROCK star. I called, and she was friendly, warm and knowledgeable. She assured me my prints would be ready at a certain time, and they were done early! (I know that can't always be the case, but it was lovely for my event). And then when I called back to let her know someone else was picking up my print, she handled it with ease. Smooth process beginning to end. Thank you so much - excellent customer service!

Couldn’t find my order originally. Messed up order entirely, wrong size, not front and back like it was supposed to be. refused to give me my money back without going online which I could not do without leaving which makes zero sense. Said I could redo order at home and they can replace at an additional cost. Can’t even do that. so I had to absorb the loss. Definitely a first and last experience for me with this one.

Tyara working at this location was EXTREMELY helpful! My mom and I came in with a very confusing shipping situation and she went out of her way to make sure everything got figured out!Thank you!!

Stopped by to drop off some prepaid packages and get a receipt. Service was fast and efficient, even though the line had multiple people waiting to be served before me. The woman at the counter greeted me with a smile and was friendly. Hopefully, this location gets a self-service kiosk soon with a package bin for drop offs.

This is the worst FedEx around, 3 people standing around with only one person taking packages? I had to wait 15 minutes to drop off prepaid packages and once at the counter they want to know exactly what is in each box, as long as it’s not illegal what does it matter??? I refused to say what is in the box and the employee got mad. My package was just received it and it was opened, repacked and now broken. Great job breaking a 5$ thing because I wouldn’t tell you what’s in it. You know who you are too.

I am a loan closer and go to fedex daily. If I didn’t print the label prior, I can email it. This location wants to charge me 2.50 to print it for me . This has never been a policy of fedex

Arrived at 1:25 on a Thursday afternoon to find a note on the door saying they would be back at 2:00. Sorry, I won't be here at 2:00, they just wasted my time. I wont ever go there again for fear of showing up and they just aren't there?? Ha, no thanks. Horrible way to do business. I doubt they will be in business long,

The store sign shows open and hours shows open. There are customers inside, but door is locked. Worker there seems to be careless customers waiting for the door to open. One lady before me waiting for door to open said she has Been waiting for the worker to open the door over 10 min. I was waiting for 10 min… Not recommend. I am not coming back to this store.Only my personal experience, it was terrible waiting in the cold weather…

I live less than 5 minutes away from this FedEx and I don't have a printer at home, so I always go to FedEx to print anything I need. I usually go the one that's in Bloomfield. This was my second time going in there, first time was great, this time not so much and simply because the lady did not greet me. She looked up at me, made eye contact, and looked back down, I had to say Hello to her first. Such a small issue, so why the review? There were at least 5 people who came in after me and each time she spoke to them. Only difference is was my color. I'm not saying that's the reason, but it just wasn't pleasant to witness such. Like I said, I go to FedEx all the time and they usually ask if it will be colored or black and white - she didn't ask. She went through my stack of papers and pulled out all the ones that were colored and just placed them on top. So, now my papers are not in order ( printing for my chemistry lab so they do not have page numbers). I believe this lady's name was Rebecca via receipt. Although, I will say the store manager, I believe her name was Stephanie was very nice and assisted me with a question I had about another item. I appreciate the hospitality from her. The other employee should go back to customer service training! I will from now on, only print at the FedEx in Bloomfield!

I frequently visit this FedEx location.... almost daily it seems. The staff is always helpful, courteous & kind. However Ashley goes even above and beyond even that! Always a smile on her face that you can see even through the mask! Hard to find help in general let alone someone who can always make your customers feel welcomed & appreciated. She’s a keeper & personally I’d give her a raise if I could!!!
