The guy working the counter is completely rude. Always the same guy. Makes people wait in the lobby while he's in the back doing who knows what. I've given this place a few tries, but he is always there and always terrible to deal with. Time to switch to UPS.

Closes whenever they want. Gives no information. Zero help obtaining a package. This goes for all of FedEx. Last two days have been a nightmare and this company has horrible practices.

Twice now these idiot drivers unable to deliver to my apartment even when I put a note on mailbox where apartment is first package delivery got stolen took a month for there so called investigation second package driver doesn't even get out of truck he text me saying missed delivery twice now BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT WORKERS WITH NO SUPERVISION DON'T CARE THATS THERE PROBLEM WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN

I visited this place for a drop off and Mr.Jeff was really friendly, helpful & loved to do his job. I left one of my personal item while I was there & Mr.Jeff reached out and informed me that I left it there. He also waited until I came back to pick it up even though it was closing time. That gesture shows how wonderful and kind Mr.Jeff was. Always grateful :-)

The gentleman that helped was very friendly and helpful. Although my situation was frustrating , he went above and beyond to solve the problem. Several of the roads leading there are blocked and Google Maps did not help. So take an old fashioned map with you until the roads are fixed.

I am taking the time to write to make mention of my new delivery driver. His name is Sebastian, I am in Romeo Michigan.
I want to take time to acknowledge that he is the kindest young man, patient, helped me to get a package taped and get it out in a timely manner was very courteous and the best FedEx driver I’ve ever ever had in 13 years !

Very quick service and all information needed was told to me upfront. Anticipated prices as I looked online, so not surprised when I went in. Happy worker - I felt comfortable and welcomed.

Super helpful employees but poor online customer care service. After multiple delays and phone calls to follow up, they asked me to pick up a package that wasn't sorted out and ready for pick up.. Do they expect customers to sort and pick up by themselves?

There is an old very rude and angry man at the visitors center right when you walk. Yelling and cussing. I was absolutely shocked. I asked a question about where to stop off a package and he went nuts
