Ridiculous Customer Service. I came into the store at 11:10 am and 3 people were helping customers. When it was my turn the third person left the help counter and sat in the Managers office. The other 2 people were busy in the back or on the computer at the counter (Tom) was uninformed about work orders completed. This is the conversation Tom had with the women that returned from the back. He asked, "did this job get done?" Womens response, Yes, I think so, unless it came in again, I don't know. Summary of this issue, employees lack communication with each other. It wastes the employee and customers time.
Now back to my job needed to be started. I wanted help so I walked to Managers office, he and the third employee, a female were sitting down. I requested help, she said the others are out there. No help coming from the Managers office. I needed to email a PDF to see if the format could be printed. I could not read the font on the stores business card and email was never sent, per mailer demon, but female clerk from the back room insisted the email was sent to Detroit Fedex instead, store 04422.
Ok, I resent the email , again they did not receive email. On my laptop it was received by their store, 0442 FedEx office. I left at 11:38am no further ahead with my printing issue. After my errand, about 12: 30pm, I called to get information; can they print and a what is the price.
Tom answers, did you not get our email?
"Oh, no, I was handling other parts of my life and not reading emails as I drive a car. "
A ridiculous email was sent at 11:40am, 2 minutes after I left the building. Content of the email, I would be contacted within the hour.
They never contacted me and when I called Tom shamed me for not knowing about an email that provided only a promise to be contacted, no pricing!
When I asked him for information he said we would discuss it, when I returned. Why? I'm on the phone talking to a person now. Why return to get the same information that cam be provided over the phone? Provide me the information, it would take a minute. He was with another customer so he refused.
Ridiculous again, why would I drive 15 minutes out of my way, to stand waiting to be helped while only 2 out of 4 people are working.
Printing is a service Industry. People's question are normally similar, can you print this and how much will it cost?

I have visited this store many times with personal print jobs. EVERYTIME I receive exceptional service and great results- so Eric (Sr. Mgr) is doing a great job of training and emphasizing customer service to his entire staff! On this particular order, he personally handled the job and even ran it twice when HE was dissatisfied with the results. He was great as was the resulting product- which was a timeline tribute to my mother on her 100th birthday! Thank you to Eric and all at the Auburn Hills store.

I'm in Atlanta GA and I had extremely urgent documents to print, and hand delivered to a location near this FedEx office. I called FedEx at this location 2785 University DrAuburn Hills, MI 48326 and spoke to Dianne she was super helpful and efficient and within 30 minutes my request was taken care of. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Dianne and FedEx, for your prompt and excellent service, much appreciated.

I had to drop off a prepaid shipping international order to send back. This was the 3rd location, I went to. The difference is that this location knew exactly how to process my shipping! The other 2 location were rude and mean to me about how I needed additional paperwork? even though I was doing exactly what the company for my order was saying. I think I will go here for my Fedex needs. Thank you Tom for being so nice! Great location!

I scanned some documents, the one who attended me told me that it was going to be $20, the next day I went back to pick up my documents and I had to pay $60 to scan $2.75 per page, it is super expensive, if I knew that it would be so expensive I would have gone to buy my scanner at walmart that costs $48 much cheaper, I feel robbed and scammed.

Came in last week to have a 16 page booklet printed. Woman that helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Printed it and gave it to me within 10 minutes and I was charged just over $8.00. I made revisions then went back the next morning for a reprint. Another employee was there at 8:15 am and told me she was too busy to do it. Waited a week to go back for printing. Was told it would take 36 hours and that it was $16.00. Really rude staff this time and it was not ready. His ego would not allow him to ask the woman that had helped me successfully before for help. Then it was printed in the wrong paper!.

Beware of Tom and avoid this location if you don’t like being harassed: I had the worst customer experience tonight with Tom and my Walmart Drop Off return. He was extremely rude and did not listen to anything I was saying about my order and insisted on putting the wrong tracker on the packages. He stood there without listening for 3 min straight while insisting I was wrong only to look like a clown when he realized his mistake in front of 6 other customers. No apology or nothing from his end. I’m very curious as to why this fragile, emotional man is running the store if he has issues troubleshooting a problem with a customer in a calm and composed manner. I stayed polite the whole time while in shock that he couldn’t comprehend the situation. Do not come to this location if Tom is working.

Horrible experience. Sent important documents via FedEd to arrive the Next Day. They not only did not arrive the next day, but sadly did not leave the University Drive facility until late the next day. To add insult to injury my request for a refund was denied.
