Ethan Allen stands behind their products. I had an issue and the manager worked with the warranty company until it was resolved. Very happy with the customer service and quality of furniture!

I worked with Collen Gahry-Robb on my living room furniture and it turned out fantastic! Although I never met her in person, we communicated via phone, text, emails and samples and she absolutely understood what I was looking for. She listened to all my needs for the space and delivered beyond my expectations. I couldn't be more happy. Colleen was so professional and gave me so many choices to consider. She really wanted to make sure it was perfect for my family. And the quality of the pieces are just top notch. I love Ethan Allen and Colleen made the experience so easy!!

After months of working with an expensive interior design company that seemed to be quite upset that we wanted to buy our couch and chair locally instead of their custom brand, we decided to try Ethan Allen. We were hesitant to buy expensive furniture without testing it out first, so we parted ways with our previous designers. Meeting Greg Petty at Ethan Allen was a breath of fresh air. Our biggest concern was having two different designer styles, but Greg was able to blend the living room design seamlessly with our open-concept kitchen and dining room. He was amazing to work with from beginning to end, and customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority for him. We loved our experience with Greg and are thrilled with the end result.

Ethan Allen has long been a favorite place for us to furniture shop for quality pieces. We needed a sofa and two chairs recently and felt we should at least look at several places to compare but we were right, none of the others could compare with quality, selection and service that we find at Ethan Allen.

After only 3 years our couch ripped in the back, not in an area where there was any wear or tear through use. We have grown children and the couch is handled carefully. We were told that any repairs were on us because we hadn’t purchased a gold plan.We paid more for this couch because we hoped we were purchasing a superior product. Sadly, this has not been the case. Buyer beware. Unless you purchase a warranty on top of the higher price, there is no guarantee of workmanship and little responsiveness from the company.

I would avoid this store / company by all means. I purchased a floor model and was told by the sales person that the warranty regarding craftsmanship would remain in place. Less than 5 months later a seam separated and when I tried to file a warranty claim, I was told that it was not covered. I explained my conversation with the sales person and I was called a "Liar" by a customer service representative (Mason Savoy). Terrible experience. Quality is terrible, customer service is terrible.

His design ability and global credibility is enormous and we cannot say enough about the quality of the Ethan Allen products. Each project has been exceptional. With Greg's expertise and the EA products and services, he has transformed our properties into spaces that have thrived and been the host for numerous memorable events. The simple fact is that you can't beat the expertise, the price points and the results!
