I went in and there was no one at the register nor any either customers in the store, so I got the staffs attention to help me check out. I was told by the sales associate asst manager that next time the self check out was open. And I feel if checking customers out is apart of your job why would you tell me to check myself out when I thought that option was there if it was busy. I spoke to the rude manager and he told me it was not their job to take care of every customer which I was so confused. And I said it must he alot of merchandise walking out because you all don't want to assist the customers when it is your job! I want a new manager the staff is rude they do have a new sales associate that is so pleasant I think her name is Kiara I think she should be promoted it was so nice to go in this location and be helped by helpful staff. So keep her but the others are costing you money everyday

2 weeks ago I came to this location and bought basket they told me take the receipt took the receipt and left when I try to return it back I found out that they give me wrong receipt. I explained to them what happened showed them date and time to pull up my receipt they didn’t wanna help very rude manager and people that works there never coming back.

A nasty and dirty guy is here working as a cashier and eating a sandwich. He is coughing with out covering his mouth and stinks like stale cigarettes. Refused to pick up a 30 lb bag of dog food to scan.

I’ll never be back to the store charging my card for $18 and I was never rude about it I just either wanted a refund or my items the cashiers were very rude with me like I was some child I’m a grown women I don’t need to be talked to like I’m a child but I figured my situation out already spoke to my bank and dollar general I’ll never go to another dollar general again the service is bad everywhere this put the icing on the cake !!

Store is always cluttered with boxes and shopping carts of product waiting to be put on shelves. I only ever see one person working. And wonder how any organizing could actually be achieved if one person is at cash register and no one else is organizing stock. You have a dollar store that looks like no one cares about how it looks. Then you'll attract like customers that won't care about how they treat your store and or products.

Bad service the cashier that is old is rude. The manager was there and didn't do a thing. Store is dirty. Difficult to find stuff. They don't care about the store at all. I asked an employee for something and she didn't help the employee's are only there for the money but do not care.

The employees were nice but this place has gone down hill. Very dirty and extremely unorganized. Walmart is not looking so bad these days

Service was rude, dealt with the store manager William and the deal in the ad wouldn't come up and he couldn't figure out how to fix it. He kept telling us he fixed and it still was more than the ad. I looked at the receipt then came back in and told him it wasn't right he just looked at me like what do you want me to do and I told him I want my money back. He then proceeded to give me back my money and it was $10 more then I paid. He didn't realize it was to much. I alerted him and told him he was giving me to much back and then he tried to figure out how to give me back the correct amount of money and it took him 15 minutes to figure out. He has poor customer service skills and can't figure out simple math. He lost customers because it was taking to long. I just wanted what I was suppose to pay.

This store used to be so nice. Now, as stated in many other recent reviews; it's very cramped, unorganized and dirty. Aisles are barely negotiable - just a real shame. The cashier was extremely friendly though. If staffing is the understandable issue, my suggestion is to close an hour earlier and/or open an hour later, thus allotting adequate stocking and cleaning time via current resources.
