Made an appointment last night for the next morning on a slow leak. They recommended new tires soon but they were not pushy. Told me 45 minutes to repair and it took about that. Free repair which is awesome and I have been a longtime customer with discount.

Took my van there to get the lug bolts changed out and they only did 9 of 20 because the socket broke. Then they said they would order another socket to finish the job. Today they said they wouldn’t order one because it’s a lug bolt size they don’t use anymore. Guess I’ll just do it myself. Never going back!!

THEY ROBBED ME!
This location made me get four tires knowing I had other issues that I was unaware about and still put the tires on and ruined my wheel barring on my back and front tires. This entire staff is uneducated and Matt is incompetent and ignorant and should be demoted. I asked him why wouldn’t the “MEN” who worked on my car inform me on the issues before putting the tires on? And he told me that he wouldn’t and that no one there had to give you that kind of information. As a company and staff you should give the best possible advice on what do to rather than just making the sale. I could’ve got the necessary work done on my car and THEN came back to get tires. But Matt and his crew are money hungry dogs and should be investigated.

I saw Chris at the intersection as he was leaving on a Saturday night, he came back opened the store and allowed me to pick my car before he closed for the weekend. Great customer service and a man concerned about his clients. Discount tire is lucky to have him. Made my weekend and is the reason I will continue to work with Discount Tire!

Besides good tire service, had an issue with nonstandard lugnuts and they identified the correct one and were nice enough to get me one. Saved me a HUGE headache

Wish I could give ZERO stars, worst service I have ever had, took them 5 hours just to get my car in the garage it took them 45 minutes to change ONE tire. Absolutely horrible never going here again.

John did a great job during a busy time. He saw me waiting in line and knew i had an appointment so he grabbed my keys and got to work. They did everything i asked about PSI and more, even matching valve caps to wheels and polishing sidewalls. Customers were lined to the door but he got me out with a new set of tires in 40 minutes.

I went on-line and ordered the tires I wanted, paying up front and making an appointment. DT did an extremely good job on keeping in touch via text messages as far as my order being processed a d shipped to my local store. Two days later, I drove to my appointment and was greated with a smile and my truck was taken into a bay right away. My wait was surprisingly short and I didn't even have time to check and reply to all my emails. This was literally the best experiences I've ever had at a tire store.
My advice is to ALWAYS MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
I noticed a gentleman in line with me to check in. He was a walk in and wanted his tires rotated. They asked if he had an appointment, and when he told them no, he was told it would be a three hour wait. If he would have made an appointment, it would have only been minutes.
Hats off to the Discount Tire team!

I made an appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early. Waited for 45 before asking how long until they take my car back. I was told I'd be on my way in 30 minutes. Waited another 15 and asked again. I got the same answer. After another 20 minutes passed, I left. Didn't get the service because I had another appointment. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you're not gonna honor it? Thanks for wasting my time. I won't be back

I believe the name was Matt who helped me as well as Kyle up front has a great attitude. The tech in the back who worked on my vehicle was very nice as well I do not know his name.

Discount was able to mount our new tire in not even 15 minutes, meanwhile the rep from Belle tire down the street copped an attitude and gave us a 4 hour ETA even with similar apparent work volume. We’re mobile mechanics, and this was in the middle of our work day. Christopher at Discount got us handled and back on the road making money. Good people!
