The quality, quantity and price of Costco product is unbeatable. But the staff at return counter is very rude. They always said policy's change and refused for return or price match. When we said we want to talk to your manager then the lady at return counter is ready for price match. This is very disappointing. I faced this problem 2 times before but I neglect but nowadays this becomes their habit.

Another customer threatened to "lynch me in the parking lot" because they thought I cut them off for self-checkout.
Costco employee was directing people to form 2 lanes. No Costco employees did anything. Called administration to let them know. "I'll let management know. Sorry about that."

I went into Costco on Brown Road. When I was checking out I had my daughter who was with me hand my card to give to the cashier to scan, The cashier took the card from her and then handed it back to my daughter. So when it was time to pay l told my daughter to pay for it and she pulled the money out of her wallet which then the lady asked her how old she was and she responded she was 17 and then the woman looked at me and said just to let you know you have to be 18 years old to shop here just for your information . I was taking aback by the fact that she would even ask my daughter her age and also the fact she felt she needed to tell us that. I don’t know if it was some racial undertones to that, but I was very uncomfortable and very upset by the chain of events, I definitely let the management people know on my way out about this. Hopefully something is done regarding this cashier so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

Very busy. Cashiers were friendly. People at this store are in such a hurry. Good prices. Good food.

Terrible place. It's incredible that in such a large store you can't pay using Mastercard ?, but if that wasn't enough, you try to pay with Visa and it doesn't accept it if it's not from the USA. These cards are supposed to be used to pay worldwide. And the people who serve have a bad attitude even seeing that the store is the one that has an absurd rule and does not have any announcement about it.
