First and last time I buy Columbia online. My package is 5 days delayed and the responsible for deliver already gave me two new estimates of arrival. It’s unacceptable the way Columbia online managed my delivery. Today is Dec 14th, and I still don’t have the package that they promised to be here on Dec 09th

This should really say OUTLET in the title and not "Factory Store". I drove 45 minutes to this location, apparently the only Columbia store in Michigan, where despite being informed that I could make a return here from the help on the Columbia site, was informed that I in fact could not. What was further upsetting was that since it's an outlet store, none of the products are current and I can't try on things I was looking to purchase online.
The staff was nice and the store seemed organized but get your shit together Columbia.

I just witnessed what I can only assume was a racist manager (Christine, asked her name) deny her employee the price marked on a baby clothes item. This is after I overheard multiple conversations about adjusting prices for customers?? You treat your employees like this? You instantly give a giant discount to any customer who complains. I witnessed it. Then I watched your employee defeated when told she couldn't get the deal. I assume this employee is buying something for their baby. Just disgraceful, disgusting and pathetic. You should be ashamed.

They only offer in store credit and make you pay a restocking fee for returns. Online purchases might as well be all sales final. Be ware!

Drove an hour to Great Lakes Crossing mall today to shop at the Columbia Factory store. It was the ONLY store in the mall that wasn't open...so disappointed!! No sign on the door...nothing!

Product sizes were not just right. My nephew was the intended purchasing subject, and my folks wanted to buy him something when we visit our relatives in China later this year. We couldn't find anything appropriate for him that was acceptably sized. He's a skinny teenage boy.
