Eric new manager at this location not very considerate. Asked him to hold viral hello kitty blankets, just two.. BTW he had 12 in stock! He says first come first serve on the other hand the prior manager Liz would’ve been glad to hold because of resellers like I ran into today at this store.. I was literally five minutes too late. Lady bought them all they have no limit. He don’t care. I drove 45 minutes or nothing. He still doesn’t care so I’m gonna make this a public review and post pictures of my experience today. This grown woman with her back turned toward me heard a 8yr old little girl tell her mother she wanted one and this person was so greedy she wouldn’t give that Little girl one. Shame on you burlinton and shame on you B back!

My daughter went to pass Great lakes crossing to visit brlington store a daughter notify them that she is disabled. She got a bang on and she had to use a restroom. The associates told her this is not a public restroom. My daughter told her again I am disabled. I got a bag on me. I have to use the bathroom. She says to go to the front desk and talk your manager but she did not have no choice. She had to go out of the store and she is disabled. She only got one kidney and she had a bag on and she asked to them if they she could use the restroom they refused. From 0 to 10 the rating to help disabled people is zero. Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money in that store. They do not deserve it I realize it. They have a lot of shoplifting going in and out of the stores. They're right 100% to refuse. They told my daughter cuz it's not public restroom for a disabled person. They told her to go use the restroom outside. The security guard was there and he was playing with his phone. They got a lot of cameras there. You tell me with the cameras. My daughter did not have nothing on her. They refuse a disabled person to go in there and you get to use the restroom. My rating for Burlington in Great lakes crossing is 0 to 10. 10. It will be zero they should train team members that when a disabled need to use a restroom they tell you up front. She's got a bag on. She only got one kidney. Let that person in get the code for them. Even if you can get the code themselves, the code should be given to all the associates in the team

So walk in there this morning they had bathroom door locked ask co worker for code she say no pubic restroom told her that rally urgent bcuz have urine bag got empty but she went talk manger refuse open door for me ask her name she did not want give to least could done good deed for someone health issues and would have my business of course a tream treat Custer like trash desra e zero star rate hope stor3 close bcuz your worker treat pe903 with he@he@) health issues like trash

The line is so incredibly long and slow with only about two cashiers at a time at Great Lakes Crossing Burlington. One of the cashiers at about the third register was completely rude and snarky today for no reason after we simply asked to return and buy something. I will avoid shopping here again.
