The crew that works their day away are amazing and they are great workers and happy to say I'd always will order food from them....Yes there are some rude customers that rush them instead of letting them do their job to make sure your order is perfect and I will say the gentleman who worked February 26. 2024 you got 500/10 for your great work and time Thank you

I used to work here and they would bring outside problems into they workplace, Anthony Redd and Lorrin Ridner is the worst managers to be running this Burger King, they will be going to court as well as the company for Defamation, Harassment, changing my timesheet for my hours worked & Wrongful Termination. I’ll keep you guys updated on court progress if you want to attend in Michigan!

Food was repulsive! I ordered a mushroom Swiss melt. It was not even warm. Cheese not melted. Bread not even toasted. It may have been the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. I'm hoping I don't get sick tonight but I was hangry so I ate it. No way was I taking it back and taking the chance of "special sauce" being placed on it. My advice is to never eat here if you want decent food. This was not edible.

Very disappointed experience when I try to order some nuggets for my little daughter the guys who was helping me was VERY RUDE not just with me even with the people who order after he pretend to don’t understand the people when they were trying to order . ?

I noticed the cashier that placed my wrapped burger into the bag did not have any gloves on. I mentioned it to them and they said they’re not required to wear any because “it’s wrapped up”. This particular cashier had sores all over her face and arms…looked like a meth head in my opinion. She should probably just stick to taking orders…not touching anyone’s food. Wrapped or not.

Used the app to order food, got to the counter they would not accept my order because I used the app. The cashier was rude and snotty. Said they don’t participate using the app. Why have the business listed on the app if you order food only to get there and they won’t make your food. Then I have to re-order again at the counter? What happens to us that order and pre-pay on the app ???t They need new management and train your employees how to be courteous to customers. My families food order turned into one sandwich because nobody wanted to deal with their rudeness
