Bought an open box TV in “Excellent” condition and it didn’t have the stand. Tried to call the store and it’s physically impossible to call anything other than a call center anymore.Returned the TV and will never give Best Buy another cent for the remainder of my existence.

I am grateful to have Best Buy near me. In an era where a lot of my shopping is done online—and I’m happy to go that route much of the time—a physical store to see the products, talk to the people, and still get great prices is greatly appreciated. I’ve used Best Buy curbside and in store, of course. This was the first time I had something delivered and was very pleased with the care that was given and flexibility when something came up. I received reminders and notifications as the delivery neared. Very pleased with the whole experience.

The store itself has a great selection. But nobody is there to help you. This is the Auburn hills store. Also we bought a refrigerator from there a year ago they delivered it all the shelves inside were broke. And we have contacted them on many occasions and still no help. And we put extra coverage on the fridge.

I got my phone & was going to get the Samsung insurance for my phone but the lady convinced me into the total package and said it was covered as long as i have my phone and paid for total each year... guess she lied about that & it only covers up to 2 years.. well i got my phone in December 2021 and they said my 2 years is up since it's February 2024. I don't see how you will charge people for the first year when you get the 1st year warranty free from the supplier. So why was i charged and why wouldn't i be technically covered until December 2024? My phone randomly got a black line when i open it and the right side stop working, i didn't drop it or anything. (I have the Samsung z fold) bad customer service! Total plan is a joke, buyer beware. Also went and had my ear buds swap out but they tried to charge me another $30 as a "service" fee. Not getting a service done, to switch out earbuds. Call their number online and put a ticket in. Still nothing. Lost of money and now stuck with a broken phone.. ohh wait they wanted over $300 to fix the screen and keep my phone for 2weeks! You lost a customer. I'll buy my future products else where.

Their manager is an Equal Opportunity hire that has a lower IQ than my dog. Monkey manager needs to be a more healthy human and not lie about price matching.
