Apparently does not honor the Belle tire warranty.
Which means that if you purchase the warranty for your tires you got to go somewhere else because they'll just tell you your Sol.

I got a flat tire on my Jeep on Friday morning on my way to work. I changed to the spare and took the tire to their location at about 11AM on a busy Friday. Nate K. took care of me and managed to get the tire repaired in a couple of hours, in spite of a very busy Friday loaded with other customers. There's a reason why this location is always busy.. It's because they're that good. They will always try to do what they can to keep their customers happy.

My wife went to this Belle Tire for an alignment and to have her tire checked that had a slow leak that needed to be filled. They ended up selling her brakes and not checking the tire - one of the initial reasons for going in. They seemed to try to say that the work on the brakes might alleviate the TPS going off. Well, after a couple of weeks of having to fill the tire every other day, she finally had a chance to take it in. They patched it for her quickly, but the patch had failed by the next day. I came in about 20 minutes before close, explaining the story. They told me I could drop it off but they wouldn't be able to get to it (the lobby was empty). This is currently our only car.
They sold my wife brakes that she did need, but failed to address the basic issue she came in for. Then, wouldn't stand behind their work because they were close to closing.
I pulled into Discount Tire 10 minutes before closing and, with about 7 other customers in the lobby, they took care of our cars before going home for the night.
Do not give the Belle Tire your money - they won't stand behind their work.

I have now visited this location 3 times for the same flat tire…the first two times y’all said it was fixed. Third time you refused to even pull it back (great business you’re running). And we took it up to Discount Tire immediately after…they told us the patch that was done failed. 0/10 will never return. Do better. You literally have tire in your name.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Rex & the team at Belle Tire Auburn Hills. I got a flat tire this morning and brought it in. Rex got me in right away, and fixed it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond in their services. For being an inconvenient situation this morning, they really made it a positive experience. Thank you for a great experience and your excellent customer service. That goes a long way and is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Belle Tire Auburn hills.

I can't ever schedule an appointment with them. Had to get air while I was there, so I could make it to another shop that could get me in right away

My mother came here asking to fix her AC. Some worker charged her over 200$ for a repair that had nothing to do with the AC, even his coworker was confused as to why they did that. After that, they charged her again to something they thought would fix it, and gave up at the end. My mom was out 300$ bucks and the AC never got fixed. Try a repair shop that knows what they're doing and wont "guess and check" for you.

I manage a fleet for a security company out of Metro-Detroit, and last night our guys caught a screw in one of their tires and after calling around to quite a few places, seemingly, no one could help us. Then I called Tom, the store manager of this location. Not only was he happy to help, he did it at an expedited pace, and to top it off, he did it for an extremely fair price. My experience with this location, and Tom and his crew, was not only positive, it was memorable. I mean our techs were stranded about an hour away from home, and of course it happened after normal business hours; but to Tom and his team, this was business as usual. What's the phrase?... Not all heroes wear capes? Well, I'm thinking Belle Tire shows that in spades, but also might be due for a wardrobe change, cause capes would suit these cats very well. This could have been an absolute nightmare, but thanks to Tom, and his dedicated crew, our guys were home safely in no time at all. I can-NOT recommend these guys enough, and in front of God and everyone, should I find myself with an issue in their neck of the woods, I know exactly who I'm calling, and I encourage you to do the same. Thank you to all involved, and thank you to whoever had the foresight to chose Tom to lead this store. With any luck you might get a cape by simply being the person who found THEE living legend that is, Tom.

The car is driving amazing and they went above and beyond and I truly appreciate them helping out!

I was on my way to see family and unfortunately got a flat. I called 3 shops that were unable to fit my into their schedule prior to calling Discount Tire.
I was so happy to be greeted by Chris when I called; he assured me they could get me back on the road that day.
Friendly, honest, professional and caring staff. If you are in the market for new tires, or simply need a repair/rotation… look no further.

Rex, Robert and the whole crew at the Auburn Hills Belle Tire are the best. I tire all my vehicles here and they are always very polite and attentive. Nails/Screw flats are always taken care of asap and never a charge. Unless I am out of town, this IS the only Belle Tire to use. Thank you guys

Value Added Went to this Bell Tire to get new tires a couple of years ago. Came back to get them rotated, re-ballanced and an alignment. Only took about an hour, and I was only charged for the alignment. Car drove so much smoother.
