Our new local go to Auto shop! Al Dean lived up to his reputation (a number of neighbors told us ;) and helped us out in our ‘Auto’ time of need. We had our muffler fixed, but they do it all. Give em a call! Highly recommend, no nonsense, great family owned business.

This was a great experience! I called Chuck and he got me in same day! And fixed the very next! Very important to us since this was a work van. Very accommodating from taking care of our thirst on a hot day, to answering any and all questions. Thanks again we very much appreciate you and your team.

This is a great, independently owned auto repair shop. Chuck is very friendly and transparent with the products, services, and pricing for this shop. He also educated me on the types of brake pads and what goes into this process. Go here for great service and people! Many thanks Chuck!

Chuck and the rest of the guys at Al Dean’s are the best in the business. I go to them any time I’m having a problem with my car and they’re able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. I highly recommend them to all.

Excellent customer service. Chuck picked me up from my office when my car was fixed, gave me the full crash course on how brakes work, and explained in detail everything he recommended on my car. I’ve taken two different cars to this shop for different reasons and have been pleased with the jobs both times. Prices are fair and the people are great.

Had my vehicle in a few years ago for an ac condenser and brakes. They did a great job at a great price. I just took the same vehicle in and I was given very honest advice on what to do, and it wasn't them selling me anything. That right there can be hard to come by. Great place to take your vehicle for maintenance and repairs.

Chuck is not in the business for the money, he’s in it for the people. He’s a good guy and taught me a lot in the short amount of time I’ve known him. Highly recommend to any and everyone.

I randomly stumbled upon this place when I couldn't get work done at my normal place in Saginaw last year (logistics, ugh). I needed an oil change and wiper replacement. Work was great, well-priced, and the owner (Chuck) is very honest about what needs to be done.
Went back today after calling yesterday about getting an appointment on their website. They weren't going to be open next Saturday, so I opted for today (I have a bunch of driving I'm going to be doing over the summer). Oil change done and I need a new wiper for the rear window of my Jeep, but I'll order that and see if he can install it if I can't.
I got good advice on my brakes (no issues now, but they do need to be replaced) and I'll go back for that in June. I also need an air filter and DRL replacement.
This place is just as honest as Dex-Tech up in Saginaw. I prefer local places to the dealership.
5/5, will continue to go back. If you're like me and a working stiff, make sure to call to see if they're going to be open on Saturday and get there early so you can get the work done before emergencies crop up.

The owner of this business, Chuck, is knowledgeable, honest and kind. He takes the time to explain and educate you about whatever issue you are having with your car. I have been using Al Deans to service my truck for over 10 years and I can’t say enough good things. It’s not fancy, but they know what they are doing and you know you will get a fair assessment and a fair price.

This was my second time going there and since it was good experience first time decided to try again. I am never going back there again, never ever. Charged me twice as much as others for Induction Service on my car and it was more expensive than what the dealer would have charged. I should have done my homework before agreeing to proceed with the work but this was hugely disappointing. On top of that, problem still exists as before and their recommendation was get the same service done again in a month, this kind of service needs to be done every 60,000 miles not monthly. Please save yourself some frustration and take your car to a better place.

10/10 service, the owner is a very professional yet compassionate human being. He gives you the feeling of a dad who cares, so respectful and so pure. He explained why things weren’t working and very detailed cost breakdowns of service and parts. He’s honest and won’t tell you what you want to hear BUT what you need to hear. The service is quick and the experience was worth it. I truly thank him and will be returning for any service I may need in the future.
