I work til 2am and I stop here to buy a gift card for my kid birthday the next day and I was they wouldn't sell any of them to me that only the manager could sell them and they would be there in the morning. Then you should either have a manager working all the time or don't sell stuff that only managers can sell bc what's the point of having thing in ur store when ppl like me work late and need thing like that and only they can sell them to us

The only place is supposed to be open 24 hr and was closed at 3am. Why would you have 2 employees and still lock the doors while 4 customers Are arriving to buy and it's close if they went to lunch or break and have two employees I'll don't they gotta take turns so you won't have to lock. I was post my only place I can come to because I'm a 3rd shifter worker and only place that should be open was close I went back to work still starving. Or wanting a slurp because is to hot I'd be going there with other coworkers too we left very disappointent

The so called "bring your own cup DAY" ends at 7pm, last I checked the day ends at 12. We walked in with our cups and were not told that it was over and they proceeded to charge me over 4 dollers. I will never be returning to this 7-Eleven. I'm honestly disgusted and disappointed 7-Eleven, Do better.

I had a terrible experience, specifically with the cashier. I was charged for one item 3 times and I let the cashier know and she voided one of the charges. I asked for the receipt and I told her that I was charged 3 times and she told me I was wrong and that she fixed it, when I can see on the receipt it wasn’t. She refused to give me a refund.

The employees here , specifically the mom and daughter duo (mixed girl and white lady) have nasty attitudes, rude, and unprofessional. I’m going to reach out to someone above due to the daughters actions in regards to how she handles customers. She isn’t made to work with people… stays on phone, cusses, throws stuff, etc find new overnight employees

I hit the lottery for 166.00$ and they told me the only way I could get it cashed was to spend 70.00$ And I played the lottery and won at the 7-11.

I go in this business often an they never have pizza ready at lunch time or there fountain machine is out an lately there attitude is terrible and pathetic that your running a business like this into the ground.
