I ordered a pair of Milbar Safety wire twisters in January 2022 and didn’t get it until July 2023. I ordered a couple of pliers in July 2023, and I’m still waiting for them since it’s on “backorder.” I used to buy from them all the time, but after seeing their website saying I can order anything without mention of a backorder and stuck waiting forever for them, I’m sick of bothering to give them my business. I would rather spend my money elsewhere, like The Yard Store, instead of being blindsided by “on backorder” after you purchase said tool. They used to be good with orders being shipped on time back in 2021.

NEVER will I order from them again (Still waiting) VERY SLOW to process my order, several days to process the order and just now see they have given it to the shipper. Not even registering yet with the shipper although there is a tracking number. Will be several more days. WAY TO LONG TO PROCESS THE ORDER! THAT PART IS ON THEM.

They are a super customer service oriented company with very high quality products. I needed to get equipment to solid-rivet some container walls, and I was new to doing this. I watched a few YouTube videos and did some research to find the right supplier (ATS). When I ordered my rivet gun and kit, I received it quickly and in perfect shape. I had one neophyte question on how to hook up the air supply, and their tech support was very kind on the first call, both answering my question and giving some extra advice for a beginner. I would definitely use these guys for any need I had that they serve.

I ordered some items and received an email that one of the items was out of stock. I was asked if I wanted a partial shipment of the in stock items, which I immediately responded yes to. The out of stock item wasn’t really a show stopper. Skip forward a few days and I still haven’t received a tracking number so I called customer service. Well now, all but one of my items were out of stock which is a big problem for me. Not only were several days wasted waiting for items that never shipped, but now I’m told it’ll be 4-6 weeks wait. I’ll be canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere.

Bought an air drive 2” circular saw last spring. It was totally useless for cutting aluminum and had no instructions with it. I called them and asked if I could return it and they said yes. When they received it, I got a call and was told I would only get partial credit of 80% because I didn’t return it with the box. I was told it would be a credit only. I had to order a tool yesterday and they claim they have no record of the credit. Nice company. I am not a high volume customer, but I was buying a fair amount of tools from them. Not anymore.

Love that its a Michigan business. Quick shipping. An air tool yoke was backordered a few months but the lady was more patient than me at finding me a yoke that was similar and in stock. Actually worked out great cause it was a little deeper than i wanted and ive used every bit. Great service!!!!

Very Disappointed! after 30 days and never receiving tool that was supposed to be 3-4 days and after 6 phone calls.... was told by supervisor that they are to busy to return phone calls because of covid and that they were going to be charged $30.44 for something I never received I asked to speak to owner before I left review and was told he was in meeting and would ask him to call me back.... Never received call, so I called the next day and was he knew the order and wouldn't talk to me and that was their policy.

I’ve had several items ordered delayed due to being on backorder. My worst experience was it taking 2 months to receive a $175 rivet gun on backorder. I didn’t really need it by the time I received it, so I returned it unused. I returned it was just beyond their 30 day return “Policy” so they charged a 20% ($35) “restocking” fee! They told me when I called about wanting to return it that they “would look at” it to see it the would charge a restocking fee. I didnt even take it out of the box so it was perfect but they still chose to keep $35 as a “restocking fee”. Apparently, it’s ok for them to take 2 months to deliver a product but then the customer gets ripped off by a “restocking policy” they refuse to waive. Not a customer anymore.

Bought a drill from them and it just didn't sound quite right. Nothing really wrong with it, but they exchanged it for a new one. Great place. oh, BTW, really nice little drill.
