My son and I were just there today and my truck wouldn't start and my son was trying to get it to start. There gas delivery man was there waiting to fill up the tanks. Well the manager came flying out the door with a terrible attitude and my son was trying to explain that my truck wouldn't start and that he was trying to fix it. Well the manager started yelling at my son and waving her hands around. She was very loud and I tell you if I was her boss I would FIRE her! I think that's our last trip to that shell!

Dont use credit card on the pump there.Pump charged me $125 deposit and didn’t work.I had to call my credit card to reported as fraudulent transaction since gas station phone number is disconnected.

Great little store right off 23 with clean restrooms, liquor, a Subway, and adequate parking for trailers and trucks.

The owner is a great guy... got me the energy drinks he doesnt sell in case quantities!! Staff is GREAT...Hunt Pizza is wonderful!! They take .10 deposit cans and bottles!

This will be quick as it was the shortest visit I could make it. They have a captured audience as I think they are the only gas station in Au Gres but that only makes them the worst, not the best. The layout of the store is so cluttered I could not pass a woman looking for chips to make it to the beverages, just to attempt to go around and 2 people being served at the Subway blocked the other aisle. It was more than a little infuriating to have 3 bodies completely render the path blocked to make it to a water. The pharmaceutical area was in such a disarray, things mixed up on hangers and just tossed about that it took am a solid 6 minutes just to find the antihistamines! There was boxes of headache meds shoved in front of them. During check out I was not greeted, nor asked about finding what I needed, the words I got was "is this everything?". Bathroom... *shudder* I suggest holding it to the next town, especially if you are headed towards Tawas. Four words, "not worth the risk". Toss on a person that power slammed into the door 5 seconds after I entered the one and only bathroom then proceeded to rattle the door handle vigorously until I yelled that it was occupied. Upon exiting it was one of the employees of the Subway that was standing front and center of the bathroom door. That's right, an employee was slamming the door and be rude, which I had to walk by to get in the bathroom so they clearly could see that I just walked in and had nearly enough time to lock the door. Save your money if you can and skip this atrocity if you can help it.
