They are good with helping Veterans get their prescriptions right away. But some of their employees need to have an attitude adjustment or get out of customer service!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I used Thunder Bay Pharmacy for ~5 years. I recently moved 4 hours away from Atlanta. My new pharmacy attempted to call Thunder Bay in order to get my prescriptions transferred. Thunder Bay was very difficult about it. They kept hanging up on my new pharmacist saying she doesn’t speak English. She does speak English, I’ve spoken to her in person and on the phone. I only speak English and understood her perfectly fine. She called Thunder Bay ~10 times today alone and got hung up on twice and ignored the other times. The workers at Thunder Bay Pharmacy are very unprofessional. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I went without medication for 2 weeks because of this. Having severe withdrawals. Extremely disappointed in Thunder Bay.

If you want to get screwed on your meds this is the place to go doubled my price sure do miss dan at Hillman can't wait to find a real pharmacy near by
