Would not use these people for nothing! After several attempts, I’ve changed my mind about keeping this review quiet. Do yourself the favor and save yourself the hassle and use another company! I swear the seller, the real estate agent and this title company worked together to screw me! How do you miss a lien that was placed on a property two months prior to the title search? How do you as the seller or closing company sell a house to someone and still sleep at night knowing that you messed up?! Do the right thing and tell your insurance company that you messed up?! Pay for the encumbrance that you were paid to find. Just leave the buyer to deal with the lien holders attorney why don’t ya! You’ll be stuck paying for someone else's debt and liens if you use this title company!

The staff at the Atlanta branch of Lighthouse title were fantastic to deal with. The sale of our home was a For Sale by Owner, so we didn't have a realtor involved to assist. It was absolutely not an issue. Our transaction went perfect, zero issues. Thanks for making it all go so well!
