“Dr. Schumacher is the most compassionate veterinarian we ever took our pets to.
When he left the east side of Detroit and moved to Romeo, so did we. An hour drive away, it was worth the confidence we had, and the trust our animals exhibited when in the presence of Dr. Mike.”

“Dr. Duncan and the Romeo Veterinary team have an incredible practice in Romeo. Their love for animals is evident, and we really appreciate their straightforward advice and fair pricing for our 5 crazy pets that they regularly see. We have had many vets over the past 6 years, and they definitely take the cake! Thank you guys for what you do. We appreciate you!”
“EDIT: Lindsay from the office (who is great) called to apologize for the mix-up and the Pharmacy refunded the cost of the medication.
The stars I am giving are for the friendliness of the staff- they were great. My disappointment is in the pet meds situation. I wasn’t given any direction on flea tick and heartworm prevention for my small kitten. When I returned for her follow up visit, I inquired about it and was told I needed to go online to Greenwoods website and choose the medication that I think might work for my animal, then request it to be prescribed through the vets office and it will be shipped to me. I was pretty clueless on what to choose but picked something that I thought might work. After I received the medication, I was able to read the small print warnings and precautions and the side effects made me nervous. After reaching out via phone and email with no reply from Greenwood after one week, I consulted an online veterinarian who said the medication my cat was prescribed should only be used in cats aged six months and older. My kitten is only four months old so I decided not to use the med. I am not certain why the medication I chose was not suitable for my kitten yet was still prescribed by the veterinarian? I decided to hang onto it for future use, however, when I looked at the box that I had just received from the online pharmacy, it expires next month! So I am out $50 for unusable medication and my cat remains untreated for these issues.”
“Our girl needed surgery, she was diagnosed with pyometra and needed surgery as soon as possible, she was not as active as herself and noticeable bloat.
Wilson is our go to emergency vet even though it's a hike from our hometown ,but the service is worth it, the staff were so nice , our girl Goulash has social anxiety, but the staff managed to handle her easily, she was calm during the tests done to her. I was very worried when she needed surgery but the Vet Techs and Dr. assured us that all is going to be well and that they will look after our girl, that helps the owner a lot in worrying times.
Goulash had her surgery, they updates us when it's done and how she is doing. Goulash looks happy after surgery , you can tell she love the people there. She is now home and healing. Thank you to the amazing team of Wilson's Veterinary Hospital . It's worth the drive and reasonable price.”
“All the staff here are excellent. They have all been helpful, compassionate, and amazing every time I go in. When I had to put my very elderly cat down, it was the very end of the day. Not once did I feel rushed or limited with my time even though it ended up being past closing time. When I had to make decisions for my animals and I asked them to tell me all my options, they did; then they explained why they recommended the choice they did. The staff is knowledgeable and they always answer all my questions. I will be a client here for as long as they will have me.”
