My credit card statement was mailed out on December 9 and I didn't receive it until January 2.Nobody at this facility had any explanation, nor did they even seem to care! The cost of postal service continues to go up and the service just gets worse!

The staff is very efficient and helpful. I bring in large quantities of mail at a time and they are always very kind. The most friendly staff you will ever find!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!AS OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE NOTED, THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH PACKAGES!!!!They will make up an excuse such as "restricted access", when FedEx, UPS, & Amazon has absolutely no problem delivering packages.Armada post office made no attempt to deliver and returned the package to sender. IF THERE WAS TRULY A "RESTRICTED ACCESS" SITUATION, THEY COULD HAVE HELD IT AT THE POST OFFICE FOR ME TO PICK UP INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT TO THE SENDER!!!!!!!!

If tampering with someone else's mail is a federal offense then why is it that the driver that continuously "misplaces" my mail doesn't get let go? Why is it that I cannot call the Armada Post Office and speak to the Post Master regarding these issues....

Are you kidding me? It's a miracle that you can drop off a package and have it delivered anywhere in the world for as little as they charge. The people in the Armada office are friendly and efficient. The lobby is always clean and you can easily pick up mailing supplies. Be grateful we still have our own post office branch here in town.

They dont like to deliver packages. Make up excuses why they didn't then refuse to try to deliver packages. I paid for two day shipping I'm still waiting.

Their delivery is one for the books. I have received mail and packages from other people and had mail and packages delivered but never received. The subs are useless and don't care but hurry up to get done. This happens on a regular basis. It should be against the law. There are people that will take a missdelivered package and open it and keep it for themselves instead of doing the right thing.

The postal service is overpaid and picks and chooses when they want to deliver packages and lies about leaving undeliverable notes I do not suggest using them ever because they suck

They have screwed up so many of my shipments! Place should be closed down. Complete imbeciles work there with no knowledge of how to ship the simplest of parcels!

They lost my package on the 6th...No record of it even being dropped off...Make sure they scan your item in fron of you before you leave.
