Krause’s has always been the best vet. One of our labs got sick with kennel cough, they squeezed us in, got him in a quarantine room and had us in and out in less than 20 minutes. I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else

Absolutely love how friendly the staff are here and the veterinarian doctors are very kind and knowledgeable. I brought in my son’s 7 yr old pit bull. The poor baby has been suffering with hives, eye boogies and making himself bleed in his paws and neck for the past 6 years. We thought it was anxiety because of other veterinary places telling us. Every place would just tell us to change shampoo, food and other medications but the issue was never resolved. We kept pouting more money to find out why he was going through this. There was even a place that told us that he was going to live the rest of his life like this because he was a gray pit bull. Which made no sense to me because, I had seen many other gray pit bulls before, my son got his and they all looked amazing. But at Krause Clinic they asked a few questions and told me that it was allergies. They gave me a couple of medications and told me to give him Benadryl as well and he’s finally better. I am so happy that I brought him to a caring veterinary clinic that love animals. I will be bringing him here and any other pets we get in the future from now on.

UPDATE*** I called the office the next day and told them i felt like i was not treated fairly or my kittens should i say, i spoke to Jordan..... he told me he could not say wheather or not his dad listened to the kittens or anything else because he was not in the room. He said he would have his dad call me on Tuesday when he got back in the office!!! That was a week ago tomorrow. I AM COMPLETELY AT A LOSS WHY I GOT SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT DAY.VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED......, Ok this is gonna be a long review, but I took my nine kittens to the vet today for their physical exam shots and to dewormed. I'm not sure what happened because all I got literally was dewormed. In their first shot, their temperature was not checked. He did not listen to them. He did not look in their ears. He did not fill their stomach and I'm really kind of put out by this. It cost me almost $500. And I was quoted not once, but twice that it was going to be $80 for a litter of kittens. I said eighty dollars per kitten, she said no per letter, and then when I checked out today, my bill was $485 I told them I was "quote ed$80 and Jordan said we will just suck it up the difference and then the dad came along and said no, you weren't" d that there's no way we would have gave you that. Price Which made me feel really bad. So I paid the whole the whole bill, but then on the way home, I got to thinking he never looked in their ears. He never took their temperature. They only got weighed because I weighed each one of them. He didn't fill their stomach. I brought in a stool sample. I never heard anything about that. And then he said to me, your appointment was for3 kittens, no I made that appointment 8 weeks ago as soon as my kittens were born and that appointment was actually for 10 kittens, but I lost one and I told him that and he said, no, it says 3 kittens, so I've always took my dogs here my puppies here, my goats here. I've never had a problem. I'm not sure what happened today. But I am very very upset and feel like i was just rushed out the door again because he didn't look in their ears. He didn't look in their mouth.He didn't fill their stomach.He didn't take their temperature. I'm literally in tears ? ☹️

All of the doctors and staff are amazing!! Dr. Jordan is definitely a family favorite. He has a unique way of telling you what you need to hear without sugar coating it but also while giving a lot of compassion.

My husband and and I are over the moon with Krause vet. The staff and the veterinarian’s are super kind, patient and always willing to help us and listen to us. We never feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Very good bedside manner with our pets!

Krause is my go to vet! Sadly had to put my baby of 16 years down there in 2020 and they were all so kind and understanding. Take my new dog Levi there now and she’s not easy to handle but they are kind and professional and don’t totally break your wallet like most vets. Thanks yall!

They let us come in today for a same day appointment to make sure my dog was ok. The doctor did a great job helping me understand what was going on and they are very reasonably price.
