“The staff there is great! Hats off to Gary, Eric, Chris, Nick , Crystal and Raya! But I’m disappointed with the “higher up”. Please fix the AC in the building! I walked in and wanted to walk out because the air was stagnant. They did have fans going which helped. We all hate to see hard working employees of a big corporation struggle to be at their best while it’s somewhat uncomfortable in the building. With all do respect, fix the AC, you can afford it. I will continue to support this business but not if your employees are not taken care of on a regular basis. They are the ones that make this corporation the money. I have much respect for all of them! Thank you staff for your help and smiles every time I come in! God Bless!”

“Dropped off my Renegade at Jim Riehl’s for a “service engine” light - code was for small evap leak. They ran the test and it passed, so they checked all the rest of the codes to try to find the problem. It passed everything & the light never came back on so they waived the service charge. Crystal was so good about explaining everything to me and keeping me informed. I really appreciate the great people at Jim Riehl’s.”
“I've purchased an ATV here and have brought many in for service over the years and have never had an issue. I've also showed up with a mower deck that I was having issues with and they fixed it in the parking lot in 5 minutes and sent me on my way.

I would like to drive 80 minutes of my time and gas to get the issue solved. Not sorry we don’t have the parts or program fix for your vehicle. Know this info before making a schedule. Thanks”
“I took my daughter’s car to the Tuffy Auto Repair to have front and tear brakes replaced. I made an appointment but was concerned because all four bays were double parked with vehicles in repair. They quoted me a price and I asked several times if the job would be done in one day. I was assured it would be completed. Previously, this business was Nightengale Auto Repair. I had been taking vehicles there as needed during the 20 years I have lived in the area and had sterling results. I am pleased to say that Tuffy met all of my expectations. The advertised and quoted price was exactly what they said it would be. The techs and management team were friendly and customer focussed.
