Had a signed contract for the purchase of the building and he's trying to back out because someone offered him more. Lis pendens has been filed that may effect future buyer. Not trustworthy, no honor, does not keep his word. Months later they are claiming they can't find the deposit and that justifies it, however if you lost it that's on you and the contract clearly states if there was an issue with the deposit I should have been "notified in writing prior to the close date" not 2 months later as an excuse to back out to another buyer. I even offered to let him out of the contract if he just reimbursed me for the $600 inspection I had done after we were legally in a written contract to close the sale and he said no. Sold out his word and his family name over $600. What a shame to end your legacy like this. Didn't even get an apology. I'll pray Jesus forgives you even though you won't apologize and doesn't teach you a lesson.

The younger guys in there are very helpful. The older guys can be kind of lazy. But I've been going here for 15+ years and normally leave happy.
