When starting out a job with American Wood Designs they are very attentive. However, the follow up service is terrible. I have been trying to get an answer or someone to come out to repair some of our soft close cabinets and I cannot get a response. Also I had inquired about getting a custom wine cabinet designed and still have not heard back a "yes or no" if this is something that they can do. This issue has been going on now for three months. Cabinets are nice but due to their lack of communication and non responding I would not recommend this company.

They have the best craftmanship designing and building ur dream rooms. Very pleasant staff and willing to assist u on ur dream design. Their finished work will be the utmost envy of ur friends.

Great craftsmanship and customer service. I had them modify a couple cabinets in my kitchen. Very pleased with cost and turn around time as well.

The quality of my cabinets is unsurpassed. Solid wood cabinets in and out with soft close doors and drawers. You'll never get this standard at a box store, nor from the local kitchen design locations.
