“I had the pleasure of getting fitted for my first pair of pointe shoes by Michelle, the owner, a few days ago. Both of the ladies in the store were so sweet and Michelle's personality made me feel immediately at ease. I was in love with the decor and sitting areas they had there. Even the fitting rooms were cute! They have a reasonable selection of leotards and skirts, undergarments, etc. Fabulous rewards program as well. “Yesterday 11/4/24 I was in trying to find new dress pants for a job I am starting today. Will, your employee is absolutely amazing, not only did he reassure me that we would find something and to not stress, he did it in such a kind way. He asked if I needed help any time we met eye contact and the whole time while helping me he was organizing, folding, and fixing up the store. He is simply amazing and I’m truly appreciative of his service. We actually were able to find TWO pairs of pants. Thanks will!

“Employees are very kind. I forgot a bag in there, called it red, look around for a few minutes, and gave up. as I was leaving, an employee found my bag and returned it to me. the bag was gray, not red :0

“Bivouac? More like BivouWOW. I was enjoying a beautiful Sunday morning stroll when all of a sudden something called me into this fine establishment. As I entered the oasis of outdoorsmanship I was met with the best customer service I have ever experienced. the name of the salesman sadly has escaped my memory but I believe it was Collen? Anyways I have never had a more personalized shopping experience and felt valued as a customer”
“Their store is nice, quality items yet overpriced. When they have a good sale it's worth it. I really like shopping upstairs at the Franklin Park mall Macy's because I find rare treasures I can afford there. Even if it's a hunt the price can be right.”

“The store is great but their bank, Comenity, treated me very badly -- called demanding I pay $43 at once because the post office had returned my $29 check (saying it was wrongly addressed but it wasn't) and then Comenity added $14 interest for 10 days or so!”

“Located above Found and in Kerrytown Marketplace & Shops, V2V is a very cute predominantly clothing store. There are so many aesthetic pieces here, but it is definitely extremely pricey, so keep that in mind as you check out the store. I've actually never bought clothing pieces from here. Instead, I've bought several cute prints, plates & cups from here & they are all such great quality.”
