Overpriced, if you read next doors reviews you will see how things have gone on. Not everyone is pleased.

What a wonderfully curated collection! Westside met and exceeded my expectations. Joe and Renee went out of their way to answer questions and assist with the logistics of loading all of our pieces. I will be back!

Bought a handmade chair in great condition. Not always cheap but good furniture never is. Met Renee and Joe the owner-both very nice folks. Will be back again.

Love this store! I love that as a furniture lover I can come here and see amazing pieces that need new homes. There's always something new to look at and the prices reflect the worth and quality of the items they've collected! They've got big and wonderful pieces that other stores just can't carry at the quality that I'm looking for with designs. An upscale Ann Arbor secret for sure!

Howdy all, this store has gems, accurately represents pieces and does business old school-which I prefer-. With that being said mistakes may happen here and there, wheeling and dealing isn't always easy -stuff is sold "as is" i assume-. I'm sure they'll try to make things right if given the chance. For this transition I was a buyer and I was satisfied. Experiences from sellers may differ. I'm sure sellers have the same risks everywhere but using this consignment center you atleast avoid the hassle.

I do not understand how this store stays in business -trying to consign furniture with them is an impossible task -no communication -I had a few things to consign took at least three to four months and a couple of phone calls to get a check -I had a dining room set left in April now in September I have no idea were it is or what happened to it -I have never seen a retail service treat customers this way..would never recommend them -

I love visiting this place, and have had much success purchasing some major items, including a coffee table and a dining set. What I appreciate the most is being able to afford very high quality furniture that would be too expensive for me if they were new. The staff has always been very accommodating and helpful. It is especially welcome in the Ann Arbor community since Treasure Mart closed.

I was very disappointed to hear about my mother's experience with the unfriendly staff member named Renee. I was looking at storing furniture here until I heard about my moms experience. My mother was lied to and told her item was going to be donated if not picked up by a certain time when my mother specifically stated a later date that it would be picked up. On top of this hassle, once the custom table was picked up it was completely scratched. Overall, very disappointed with the customer service, care of furniture, and lack of friendliness.

I went to the Jackson store yesterday looking for family room furniture and they had some nice sofas but the staff had been smoking in the store!!! The whole place reeks of cigarette smoke and has ruined the cloth furniture with the awful smell! I would never consign a piece here because it would be destroyed with cigarette smoke odor! love the AA store and am so glad Joe took it over again because the prior owner was not very helpful or knowledgable. Joe is great to work with and I love his store dog Bella but he needs to get rid of smoking in the store!! The whole small anti room behind the counter in Jackson was the worst!

The consignment store in Jackson reeks of cigarette smoke. It's destroying all the furniture in there. Joe better take care of it or he's going to lose all of his customers. I saw several nice sofas in there which I would be interested in however they all smelled of smoke and I'm sure that the consignors have no idea that their items are going to be reeking of this awful stench

Communicated with Julie about a chandelier. Was the specific piece we were looking for that was discontinued by the original retailer. Asked her to verify that the item had no damage to it, as we’d be driving several hours to pick it up. She assured me there was no damage. Once we arrived at the store, there were several dents, mottling and rust spots very visible on the piece. We didn’t end up taking it home and are disappointed that they led us to believe it was in good condition and wasted a lot of our time. Can’t believe they were trying to sell a damaged chandelier for the price they were charging and weren’t up front about the damage.
