Out cat was seen on time (at the scheduled appointment time). The doctor, the tech, and the check-in/check-out person were all very friendly and accommodating. Everyone took great interest in our cat's health and took good care of him during the annual exam and vaccination. The text and email reminders about the appointment were helpful. Thanks, and keep up the great work!

I've been taking my dogs here for years and no other office can compare. They're kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and really try to put my dogs at ease during stressful appointments. They have the best staff!

Dr. Juergens and her assistant took such good care with my anxious dog, approaching her slowly and carefully, and providing plenty of treats. First appointments at the clinic are done as one-hour appointments, which provided me with ample time to share my experiences with my dog and any concerns. Such a wonderful place - I feel that my dog is in such good hands there.

I love WestArbor! I have lived in the area my whole life and have been to a variety of vet offices for my cats. I even worked at one, which is how I ended up as a client at WestArbor. I wanted to see Dr. Chase because of the amazing and personal care she gives to my cats. I also love all of the doctors and staff there. Dr. Anderson is so great and kind, she has helped all of my cats dental issues in ways other vets did not. They always have my prescriptions in stock and seem like a well organized team.

Love West Arbor! They do a such a great dog with my Max. He needs to be sedated for his appointments and they take such great care of him. Even follow up afterwards to make sure all is well!

We have been with West Arbor for nearly 20 years. Recently we have met Dr Chase and Dr O’Toole, both urgently with our nearly 15 year old dog we had to say goodbye to. We are so thankful to have met both that provided a palliative scale to help us navigate out dog’s senior life, and the to get us in urgently and provide guidance and compassion with her transition. It was a sad experience but so peaceful and respectful. We are grateful to be clients here.

The staff at Westarbor are an absolute class act. They are so sincere, kind, and compassionate. You can tell they care about the pets they see so much, but more than that they care about the parents as well. We saw Dr. Anderson for our dog Koda, originally we had a much later appointment date (understandable) but after sending her some concerning photos of our dog, the office called me the next day and moved our appointment up. Dr. Anderson and the rest of the staff worked with us to make sure we knew everything going on, they were knowledgeable and answered all of our many, many questions with the upmost most patience and understanding. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place to take their pets.

Another excellent experience with Dr Juergens and the Westarbor team Dr J is ahead of the curve with latest developments in care for my diabetic cat. Very grateful to have found such outstanding care.

Westarbor Animal Hospital took such great care of our cat before, during, and after his surgical dental procedure. I could tell that the staff are passionate about the care they provide their animal patients and were very informative throughout the whole process which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely be taking our cat back in the future!
