They refuse to properly staff the pharmacy and its been like that since covid, so its a long line of grumpy people everytime and not worth the wait. There's a riteaid 30 seconds away that isnt nearly as busy.

The female pharmacist(?) with curly black hair who did my rapid covid test was rough and lacked manners. Not only that, but I suspected that she did not collect the nasal swab correctly so I went elsewhere to get a second test. The test done at this Walgreens came back negative and the test done elsewhere came back positive which made more sense considering my symptoms. Also, when I asked how long it would take to get my results she replied, "when I have time to do it." What? Please do not offer covid tests if you are not going to take the care to do things properly.

I had a positive experience here waiting for a rapid Covid and flu test scheduled at 9:45am. There was no line but it took some time to register me in the computer and pay. The test was completed by 1015. I had the results (via email) by 11. By the time I left, it was much busier (4-5 ppl in line). Things are processed slower than what I would like, and the waiting area is very blah/ bare bones/depressing, but it was easier and more affordable overall than the hour+ wait last week at urgent care.

Reviews are all spot on—the pharmacy is slow and the person working there was rude. Avoid if possible.

Avoid this place at all costs. Most incompetent pharmacy staff I've ever met, on more than a few occasions.

Long wait for vaccines even if you have an appointment and there's no one else there . ie Sunday morning . Tried x 2. Recommend trying somewhere else unless time is not an issue

Many problems with Walgreens. The latest, prescription was filled with 10 instead of 30 pills, when label said 30 included. When I called and asked that they needed to provide the additional 20 I paid for and said I would pick up tomorrow, they insisted that I come in THAT DAY with the prescription bottle. When I got there, pharmacist said it was NOT necessary for me to come in that same day. TWO FAILS in one day!

Dante's Inferno should have named a ring of hell after WalgreensTrying to get a flu shot here is a nightmare. Schedule online, make an appointment. Show up and there's 4 people in line. Any other business, no prob. Well except it takes them about 15 minutes to process one person. People are unmasked, coughing. Wound up just leaving.Last year I literally caught COVID while waiting well over an hour for my booster. It's mind boggling how slow the line is and how completely overwhelmed the staff gets. I imagine it sucks, Walgreens just sucking the souls out of pharmacists like dementors. This is a no good place, and I don't like it

The Pharmacy at Walgreens on Jackson Rd is incompetent and is a staffed by incompetent employees. I schedule a vaccine appointment a week ahead of time. I received a text and email confirming my appointment and filled out the paperwork ahead of time. I never received a text, phone call, or email telling me that they had run out of the vaccine and to schedule my appointment. I drove across the county to get to the appointment only to find all of this out. They had no way to reschedule me, no documentation of any attempts to contact me, but lied that they had called "everyone" that same morning. Do not trust them! They are incompetent. In the past I have always used CVS and have never had anything like this. I decided to go back to schedule my vaccinations with them. It was a much smoother and easier process and was again this time. The employees in the pharmacy are also much more professional.

I had an appointment to get my rapid test. After an hour I finally got it. They let me know at the last minute that I have to pay for it. Even though I gave them my insurance information when I first got there. Made a sick client wait an hour while everyone else was being seen. Pharmacists here are rude and disorganized.
