Had to rave about my great experience in the Wag N' Wash today! James was extremely helpful in answering my many questions and made sure I was happy with my purchases. He even made sure my dog got a treat at the check out and asked if he had any allergies before giving him one which is so nice! I will absolutely be back and will let everyone know that Wag N' Wash is my new neighborhood pet store!

I have been to Wag & Wash twice. The first time to get a healthy treat for my dog & I came back today, for the second time, to do the same. Here's my problem: I purchased a dog cake for her & realized quickly after she started eating it that the majority of the cake was made from compressed peanut butter, my dog started choking & frothing from the mouth because it was so caked into her gums and throat. THIS is my problem, it's terribly dangerous to our fur-babies. I fully expect some kind of change, in the doggie treat recipes that you're intending to sell at your store.

Mariah did a great job on my standard poodle, he gets a Miami cut and Mariah did great on the shape of his poms! I’ll definitely be back to continue to get him groomed!

I went in Wag N Wash for the first time to use the self serve dog wash. Everyone was super friendly, but Ashley walked me to the back and showed me how to use the dog wash. She was very friendly and very helpful.

I went to get dog food and a dog wash, didn't know much about the place but was greeted and helped by an employee named Aleana she was very polite and welcoming. My dog now has the best food and smells amazing, I will definitely be coming back.

Mariah did a seriously great job on our mini Schnauzer! He is usually pretty nervous at the groomer, but the store was a quiet environment and when we came back he seemed to be pretty calm. He looks and smells great and Mariah did a great job on my request of a not-too-schnauzer-y cut with just a little beard. We will definitely be back!! Thank you :)

I stopped by to use the self serve dog wash after the usual place I go to, Dog O Mat was closed on Wednesdays and my dog definitely needed a bath. Maybe my standards are unrealistically high after using Dog O Mat, but here are the differences. The main issue I have is the 20 minute timer. You are expected to rinse, shampoo, rinse, condition, rinse, and dry your dog in 15 minutes and then spend 5 of your 20 minutes cleaning the tub according to the sign. My dog is a 50lb aussie with thick ish hair, and the bath I was able to do in the allotted time was a not great quality one. The dryer is low power, even on the high setting, and there are no nozzles to focus the air on one spot. Thankfully I have my own dryer at home so I can go finish the bath. Additionally, there were no combs or brushes, no ear cleaning supplies, no face shampoo, no clippers or Scissors for grooming, no drying tables, and no cleaners for eyes, no nail clippers or dremels. I mention that because Dog O Mat has all of that for free included in the bath. Now, Dog O Mat costs $21, and this was $20 (with the option to upgrade to 30 minutes for an additional $10). So, maybe if this was the only place in town - but it's not. If I wanted cheap and bad quality I'd use my own tub. The store was clean and the staff friendly, this isn't their fault, but it's a corporate level issue.

Staff is very friendly and loved on my big guy!As someone who was new to the store and mentioned that. I was a bit disappointed I was just pointed to where the wash was and not shown how to utilize it to its fullest potential. I figured it out just fine, but I had no idea there was a grooming kit as it is just past the dog wash entrance on the other side of the isle. I was unsure of what I could utilize vs additional purchase.Cotton balls to protect doggie ears and different nozzles for the dryer would be beneficial as my dog has a thick coat and there was not a lot of force on the high setting of the blow dryer. For the price of the dog wash and having to figure out my own way, I found it interesting that I had to sanitize the tub when I was done. So I had my dog’s leash in one hand and was spraying down the tub in the other hand. A wonderful staff member said they would finish it for me as the balancing act was not in my favor. When I went to purchase a treat for my dog after his bath the person at the register asked if I had signed up for the rewards program and I said yes I did (ignoring the fact, they had signed me up for it 45 minutes ago). They couldn’t find my information and they said that it happens when you do it online so I finally stated that I didn’t sign up online and that they signed me up 45 minutes prior. They couldn’t find me by phone number or last name, but did find it by my first name (this led me to believe my info must be wrong). At the end of my purchase they were still unable to tie my account to it.I hope this serves as a good opportunity to review the process of how to handle first time customers and troubleshooting techniques when it comes to technological problems.Best wishes for success!

I only gave this place 2 starts because they were very nice. Other then that , I will NOT be going back. First, I go in and we talk about what I wanted. My dog is a 5 month old morkie... she's 8lbs. But I did not know that I wasn't brushing her properly. So she had matted fur on her legs, her under belly and her face. So I told her to go ahead and just sort shave her, except her face and tail. So they tell me it'll be 2 hours and that they'll message me 20 minutes before. That was at 11. I still hadn't heard anything by 1:15 so I walk in. She is just getting worked on. So I left the store bc I didn't want her to see me. Finally got a text at 1:50-2 telling me she's ready. I go in and the groomer apologies and says sorry about her face and ears, I couldn't get her to hold still. Isn't that what a groomer does? I paid $85 plus a $10 tip because I'm not that person to not tip. For an 8 lb dog. That was supposed to include wash, cut, teeth and nails. Her nails were barely touched, her coat is definitely not even, and around her chin she STILL HAD 3 matted fur spots I had to cut when I got home. Her ears weren't even touched. Her breath still smelled like it did when i took her in. Lastly, she keeps bitting at her tail because they shaved her backside but left the hair on her tail long enough so it tickles her butt hole. So she's constantly trying to itch it. I ended up cutting some fur off her tail too help. Almost a $100 and this is what we ended up with. Very disappointing. 3 hours later......

Tried the self service dog wash today for the first time, using a FREE coupon from the mail! Incredibly generous. It was great. Two types of shampoo, conditioner and a DRYER are numbered stops on a carwash-style crank. I loved not having to deal with shampoo bottles everywhere. It's also so nice to dry him in the same place as the wash, and to have it included in the price. We'll be back. Also happy to continue supporting Dog-o-mat, since it's a small local business. I'll support both. Just happy to have options for dog bathing in a stand-up tub.

Not sure if this place cares about animals?…I came in to talk to a groomer about my skittish dog who requires medication for a nail trim. He is skittish, not aggressive. She was very helpful and assured me that she would take her time and help him get used to the new place. I even brought my pup to visit in preparation. She advised me to make an online appt.Cut to a few days later. Appt booked, 2 days of meds in my dog and I called to confirm the appt before giving him his last dose. I was told 1) that groomer is no longer here and 2) we don’t take dogs who are medicated.I understand that the business has policies but the lack of empathy regarding my situation was clear in the attitudes of staff and groomer.Very disappointing. You lost a customer here.
