I had a an emergency situation on a Friday morning. Called the service department at about 8 am on a Friday morning. Steve said yes I could have my my car towed to to them and he would get me worked into the schedule. We showed up with my car about 11;00 am. I don't have anything negative to say about the dealership itself, but DO NOT USE Luis Downey as your sales person . He is way too arrogant, dishonest, rude and unprofessional. The guy perfect example of your typical obnoxious car sales person who moves around a lot !
