Jeremy was so accommodating and knowledgeable, most painless experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. Listened to what I wanted to accomplish with the visit and did not try to upswell me and found appropriate promos to save me a couple bucks! Overall excellent service.

Logan was super helpful In solving A problem. He was knowledgeable and patient and was able to solve the problem after hrs of trying at home. Michael at the same store was also super helpful.
