I appreciate the recall notices, and the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. The only problem was that after the repairs were made, the mirror adjustment controls on my driver door no longer are working. So now I need to call and make another appointment to get that fixed.

Nothing but exceptional service from Varsity Ford of Ann Arbor and Sales Manager Matt Sanford!
Told Matt what I was looking for, picked one out on a Tuesday and it was delivered to my home the next day when. Delivery driver even took the time to help setup my Ford Pass and add my phone to the vehicle.
I have and always will recommend Matt Stanford and Varsity Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I was having a problem with my radio not connecting to the GPS or my phone along with needing a new under splash shield for the front of my transit. My warrenty covered the splash shield but not the radio. Come to find out they charged me 165 bucks for the inspection, didn't change the splash shield and lied about me needing to replace the whole radio. There was an incredibly minor issue with the fuse box and that was the only issue with the radio. Do not trust these guys.

Fixed my front end and the hood great. Changed my good weather tech mats for cheaper ones. They handled this situation right away and contacted me about my mats. They got me new mats and excellent kind service the whole time
