Came in for a couch on Black Friday. Gagik was my sales associate. Gagik was patient as I tried out multiple options. He respected my budget, and suggested some good pieces. I went with one of his suggestions. I had a great experience at VCF. Very pleased with my purchase, thus far. Thanks, Gagik!

I was in value City to purchase furniture for my bedroom which is small. Well the experience was more than I expected from Eric Evans helping me with my purchase to John help with delivery and placement and even offered to make thing right for me . I can't say enough about my experience because the placement of my furniture was difficult. With the care and help of the staff my purchase wouldn't of been possible. Thanks value City from very satisfied customer ?

I really like this store a lot. I worked with Bilal on picking out a living room set, dining and a foyer table. He was a great salesman who worked with us while we measured and decided on colors. I made a few trips to the store since I was undecided and every time it was a very pleasant experience. They are having a huge sale for the holidays and I got very nice furniture at great prices. I appreciate Bilal and the sales manager who helped out on this purchase and I would definitely use VC Furniture again. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be.

Vishal is excellent. Expert product knowledge and no hard sales push. We came in for one mattress and ended up buying two because of the promotions that he educated us on.

We visited VCF at Ann Arbor and would like to appreciate the friendliness and knowledge of Pier and Vishal who were extremely helpful in helping us decide and choose the perfect office furniture and Dining table for our new home! Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for classy and unique furniture for their nest! The delivery was quick and the delivery guys were very professional and helpful!

Pier the manager was over-the-top with customer service helping me with a replacement part that happen to be defective from the warehouse.This is my second set of furniture purchased here and I would highly recommend for friendly and honest service.
