If Mark worked in private sector, he would have been canned a very long time ago. He always has an attitude, he always is sour, and he is laughably lazy. He likes to TOSS packages that say fragile on them, too. Government "employees" are the worst.

Most of the time it feels like they don't open on time. And when they do they yell at you that they aren't yet open. They don't have to be rude, they choose to be.

Mark was helpful and friendly. I was out quickly, in 5 minutes. There were at least two employees there at 12pm on a weekday, and it wasn't busy.I came in to mail my package using a QR code to print out my shipping label. I didn't have tape at home, and Mark helped me tape up my package and add the HAZMAT sticker for the used electronics I was shipping. This USPS location has packing supplies for sale, a package dropoff slot inside the location if you don't need to do anything at the counter, and a drop box outside the location. It's also in a fairly convenient spot, since it's right next to the Downtown Library and the Blake Transit Center, so you can park in the several parking structures around/near the library or take a bus.

The staff, isn't bad, usually(not the older white lady, that's sitting usually)Especially dealing with, the likes of the Ann Arbor consumer. It never fails, each time I'm in line at this location. I've got to put a person or two in their place. The illustrious entitlement is thickk.

I was scared to go to USPS because of previous experience and because my mailing needs were a bit complicated, but it turned out an easy and quick trip, the gentleman who helped me was quite nice and helpful.

Christina was completely rude to the point where it made me feel very uncomfortable and honestly I felt discriminated against because I needed something and and she responded very discriminatory against me…. Won’t be going back

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a post office. Life-affirming interactions and efficient service

I have an appointment at 10 a.m. with Terance for a passport. It is now 10:25, and they are not here. It is entirely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Worst customer service I've ever witnessed in over 50 yrs. I went in and there were only 2 people in front of me -- they were being completely and totally ignored. Finally they started yelling..."hello -- anybody home" someone showed up that obviously hates their job and their customers -- 35 minutes later I was being...sort of helped -- sort of. Sent a pkg overnight express. It never arrived!!!!!!!

I got a note on my mail saying that they would keep it for 10 days and one day after they left the note I came over and they said they got rid of it

Poor service. Never send priority mail envelopes or packages through USPS. Your will run the risk of loosing them in the mail.

After a package became 3 weeks overdue, I went to ask for more tracking info--the original clerk assured me the office would be able to provide a more detailed picture of where the package was. Instead, the officer who came out acted dismissively and lied, claiming there was no access to any more information. Luckily another, more helpful P.O. did provide a detailed record of the package's movements, locating it in Seattle. Extremely rude and misleading service from this officer: this is why I won't be sending packages through USPS anymore, and why government offices established to serve the public end up getting such a terrible reputation. I know the Postal services have been underfunded for years, but behavior like this only makes matters worse.

I was expecting my ballot from out of state. It had been weeks since it was sent but I never received it. My state’s post office said they had sent it to the Ann Arbor branch about 2 weeks before. I talked to someone there and they said there was nothing they could do. Now, it’s finally been delivered (after the election) and it looks like someone tried to open it.

A zero star review if I could. Stopped in to buy holiday stamps and they are NOT selling stamps today???Amazing that the USPS can survive and a good reminder why we use UPS and Fed Ex more often. Also, i don't mail as many envelopes during the holidays, because they can't deliver their own service.

USPS is the worst company ANYWHERE. And they don't care about anything or anyone. No accountability whatsoever! No respect, no responsibility at all!
