LOVE THIS PLACE!! Trenton was the associate the took his time (an hour) to fully explain ebikes to us. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable! Can't say enough good things.

Urban Rider is great! Kim was very patient & knowledgeable. Got to test ride cargo bikes with my son on board. We didn't feel rushed at all and left with an awesome bike that fits our needs!
