They take their time, never making customers feel rushed, and fully explain ebikes and options. Staff are superb at making people comfortable asking any and all questions and answering them in a thoughtful and easy going way; this is not an intimidating bike shop. They are quick to respond to emails and handle sales seamlessly. The store at the location on Miller Road is well packed with a vast and varied selection of electric bikes and accessories ready to ride. They have a large parking area to test bikes and get a proper feel. Miller Road itself features a dedicated cycle track style bike lane with a few nice hills, allowing customers to quickly get a feeling of the bike in an urban environment. The staff prepares models for test rides, adjusts bikes for fit, and thoroughly goes over everything upon purchase, even helping with loading. Customers leave with an awesome bike that fits their needs, often describing the bikes as an engineering and design home run and the most fun transportation option imaginable.
