Just some pushback on the low reviews here! I've been going to this location for years and have never had an issue with return packages. There is rarely a long line. They print receipts on request. The notary service (which I have only used once, to be fair) is perfectly fine.The staff aren't actively *friendly* here, but no one has ever treated me rudely or otherwise made me feel uncomfortable returning.

The store employees show no customer service skills. They are rude and short with customers. They act like it’s beneath them to assist a customer. I moved her from another state and I have never seen such push back employees in my life. If it hadn’t been for one of the customers help I would probably still be in the store trying to print a label. ***Sir I want to thank you for your help and thoughtfulness for the 2 minutes it took to help me!!! 5 stars ⭐️ ‘s for him.

I wish I could give Heather at this store a ZERO! I called at 2:15 to find out if they have a notary available. Heather, the notary, said yes, until 3:00. I said perfect. I arrived 10 minutes later and with no other customers in the store, she said she’s too busy! And unapologetic about it. I had one paper to be notarized. She needs a new job.

This UPS seems to be intent on punishing customers for returning Amazon packages. For the packages that Amazon explicitly says you can return without fully packing as long as it’s in original package, the woman working at the front desk made me go home, tape them and come back to drop them off. If you don’t wanna package the items, just say that. Or politely ask the customers to package items if they can. We don’t know how much you’re getting screwed over by both UPS and Amazon. Taking it out on us isn’t helping anyone. Just communicate. At the very least provide the items that customers can use to package their stuff at the store if you don’t wanna do it, even though Amazon says it’s free. Stop gaslighting the customers because clearly there’s a disconnect between what customers know and what’s going on between UPS and Amazon workers

I was told by staff that this is not a UPS business and therefore cannot process business shipping with a UPS account number. Bewildered, I asked who they were then. They told me UPS bought them but they are not a UPS business. I thought of calling my psychiatrist and asking if I was off my meds and just didn't know it. Thankfully, another man came to the counter next to me and asked the same question, "Can I ship my package with my business account number?", And was told the same thing. He just looked so confused. I was too.

The tall bald guy, Charlie, tried taking my package and didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt. I just grabbed my package because he refused to reprocess the drop-off with a receipt. Be careful, this UPS worker is likely stealing packages. Go to a different UPS store.

I didn't like how the employee has ZERO willingness to work things out for me.I needed to retrieve a package as I realized I put wrong things in it.Returned to the store 10 minutes after it was dropped off and the employee simply said NO without good explanations on why they cannot help.

Worst UPS store. Do not go there to return Amazon products. They will nickel and dime you. Even Amazon customer support was shocked at what the guy at the counter was saying and ended up compensating me with Amazon credit for all the extra charges this UPS store charged me to return a product. New to town but never had this issue before with Amazon returns

Went in there to drop off a package. For my return, there was a corner of the box that was not tapped shut. They refused to accept it and wanted $3 for taping the corner. I refused out of principal and went to another UPS store. They were rude and condescending about it. Do not waste your time here.

It was an Amazon return with return code provided, brought in with original shipping box, i left the box top open as i thought they may want to check. The store charge $3 for "just tape/seal the top of the box". So please make sure you either seal the whole box or bring your own tape to avoid such unreasonable charge.

Would give zero stars if possible.Charged me $2 for piece of tape.Before you respond with "We charge for products and services", that is a lame excuse for the cost of running a business. Other UPS stores seem to be doing just fine while not charging for tape.

Extremely rude, awful customer service. Tall bald guy working at the counter watched as I almost dropped my 40 pound package trying to open the door. I would give no stars if that was an option. Take a longer drive to go to a different ups store location!

I have used this store many, many times since it switched over from Mailboxes Plus.I find the service polite, the rates as expected (really, I'd love them lower, but...), and the packages I've sent arrive on time and in good shape.
