This company provides excellent service. The delivery of the storage unit was very smooth. The location placement was well planned and worked for the duration of time it was needed. I needed the unit longer than expected and the company did not request for it to be returned and allowed me to keep it onsite until I scheduled a pickup. I highly recommend and will use them again for any onsite storage needs in the future.

UNITS is awesome! We used them for on site storage during a construction project. Their customer service is fantastic, everyone I spoke to and/or worked with was incredibly helpful and they clearly love their jobs. They went above and beyond and made the entire transaction EASY! I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know and would definitely use them again.

Prompt service. Great communication. Fair pricing. We used the UNIT for storage while we renovated our house. When I needed it moved from one spot to another while we were working on the outside of the house, they were back next day without issue. Will use them again for future needs.

Mark is the owner, and he and his wife were very hands on throughout the whole process. They are very professional while friendly at the same time. The entire process was explained very clearly and they were happy to clear up any questions I had. I definitely recommend this company and the people behind it for your portable storage needs!

Contacted Units Ann Arbor for a quote for a local move. Spoke to the owner Mark and he quoted the best rate compared to the other more well known self loading storage unit/pod systems out there. Besides being more competitive with pricing, I immediately recognized the friendly let's do what it takes attitude Mark displayed. I was dealing with a local owner/ operator whom cared. I made several changes to my schedule and each time I was met with extreme flexibility and a can do attitude. I can't speak more highly nor recommend a better organization than Units. Each employee from the owner,sales GM/ driver were so awesome. Definitely will repeat when my next move happens (hopefully a long time from now)

I needed a solution for my renovation. I did not know where I was going to keep all my stuff while I renovated my kitchen and living room. I spoke with Megan and Mark with UNITS and they very easy to work with and accommodated my schedule and needs. The containers are sharp/clean and they were able to place them (got 2) exactly where I needed them. If I ever have a need again, I know exactly who to call. Highly recommend this company!

My family had an amazing experience working with Units of Southeast Michigan. I had to help coordinate a move from South Carolina to Ann Arbor and they were extremely helpful. It was nice to deal with real local people instead of a call center.All of our belongings arrived safely and on time! Highly recommend working with this business.

Friendly, quick response and great price. Large unit held all my 30 years of 2.5 car garage plunder. Rained hard and not a drop inside. Delivery was amazing with remote controlled lift. Unit was very clean inside and out. Mark is a super nice guy that cares about his customers.

Megan and Mark were super easy to work with and the UNITS container was sparkling clean. Driver was friendly and he placed the container in a tight spot, which was cool to watch. Highly recommend!!!
