I’ve been here a few times and the service is always amazing. I hate having to take care of car stuff, but the Uncle Ed’s staff is friendly, efficient, and always explain what they’re doing/why. I appreciate that especially as someone who knows little about cars. Thanks for helping me out ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went there for a full synthetic oil change they overfilled my oil by about 2 quarts and I was overcharged about $30 for an air filter never going there again. These people are unexperienced and don’t know what they’re doing although the oil change was nice and quick and a reasonable price just the filter was very overpriced.

Was visiting Ann Arbor for U of M’s homecoming. Wanted an oil change before driving back to VA. This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Staff was friendly, pleasant, and professional. 5 stars!

The overall service was great. Very informative. The only reason it’s missing a star is because the wipers they put on are terrible quality, even when they properly installed them. Get wipers at AutoZone or advance auto parts if there’s more of a selection.

I went to valvoline first to get the oil changed in my 05 dodge magnum. They did not stock 10w30 which is factory recommend . Next went to unc eds and they dont stock it either. The manager offered to go to the parts store closeby and get the 10w30. Thats what i call customer service. I am now your customer for life?
