Our experience at Tyner Furniture was outstanding. The customer service, sales expertise, and product knowledge were top-notch.As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by saleswoman Tina Perry. She knew exactly where to guide us in looking for the right couch. I'm a disabled amputee so it was important to us that we find a couch that sits higher than most couches. Tina showed us 2-3 options and provided the information we needed. She helped us every step of the way from choosing the right couch to selecting the colors for our couch and pillows. Tina was amazing, and you will not be disappointed with your experience & purchase here. We plan to purchase any future furniture from Tyner!

My experience with Tyner furniture was not that of a direct customer. I was at a client's home helping the family while I witnessed one of those, "I have faith in humanity" moments from one of the home service individuals. The service man took apart and moved a recliner for the family, as they were going through a rough time. He declined a tip, when I pressed to get his name he declined and said, "it was his pleasure". I had to call Tyner to get his name, Clarence. Clarence demonstrated compassion, caring and just a general respect for this family and their loved one that is far too rare! Clarnece is a gem and I wanted to take the time to thank him personally!

Beautiful furniture. Salesman are pleasant, and not the pressure type at all. They let you look around at your pace and not follow your every move.

Do NOT shop here, if you're looking for good after-sale service and installation.I ordered a sofa from here and received my delivery today. For $2700, I thought the movers would remove my old couch and put it by the dumpster for me. In fact, I called Tyner ahead of the delivery date TWICE to confirm it. One said yes, the other was a bit more iffy on the subject, but more or less said they should be able to help, provided I ask them to.When the drivers get here today, I ask them if they're willing to take the old reclining sofa down to the dumpster. The first driver nodded and together they took old sofa out in front of my apartment doorstep. They then installed the new sofa, had me sign some paperwork then went out the door. Based on the previous conversation I had with the two phone reps AND the conversation I had with the driver 5 minutes prior, I was under the impression they would take the old sofa with them as they left. "Easy", I thought to myself.I go outside an hour later to get my mail and boom--there is my reclining sofa: sitting unceremoniously on the 2nd floor of my apartment building in all of it's 650lb glory, waiting for me to drag it down 2 flights of stairs. Alone. After I finally get the reclining sofa out to the street by myself, I call Tyner and explain the situation. The operator insists it must have been a "miscommunication" with the driver. I remind the operator that I called ahead of time twice to confirm they would do this. This time, the operator says she doesn't know who I spoke with, but it's a liability to the drivers to do that (which is ironic, considering they left me to carry a recliner sofa down 2 flights of stairs alone). She then said, I would have had to work it out with the drivers myself. I pause for a moment, then say, "right, I asked them to do it and they nodded they would". This prompts her to say again it must have been a communication issue. At this point, it's clear to me I got 3 different answers, but the correct answer should have just been "no, they won't take your old couch for you" from the start. Frankly, I don't think I would've ordered the couch if I had known this was the after-sale service I could expect. The new sofa is nice, but the service leaves a stain on the finished product.

Tina and the team at Tyner are amazing. My mother was hospitalized for a stroke earlier this week. When she was transferred to a stretcher for transport to the hospital, her lift chair was damaged. We were in urgent need of a replacement after my mother was discharged. Even though their deliveries were booked well into the following week, Tina, her manager, and the delivery team worked to provide us a same day delivery. What a blessing! A huge thank you to these amazing people!

It's big and quiet, although there is background music. Salesperson didn't use a computer for the order. They didn't have furniture to take home today, you have to go to the warehouse or get it delivered.

Went looking for a new recliner, found one. Anne Marie greeted us at the door and showed us a wide variety of chairs...and we found one. Anne Marie showed us many upholstery, electric or manual, leg colors. New chair is ordered and we can not wait.

I had a nasty surprise at Tyner when I discovered I had to pay a 25 percent restocking fee for a cancelled order I never received. If you want their store policies, you have to email the store to get them. When I emailed the store for a copy of their policies, they never responded. They also use paper receipts, and handwrite all your information, including credit card info on a sheet of paper. My purchase was considered "special order" even though it was the exact same as a damaged floor model, which supposedly made my item impossible to return without a fee. My salesperson was also not upfront about any of this, and I left feeling manipulated. If you are looking for an experience like most other stores, either online or in person, where returns are easy, policies are clear, and transactions are handled electronically, this is not it. I will not be shopping at Tyner again.

Mixed about writing this review. Has been our go-to for furniture but the last transaction continues to have left a bad taste in our mouths so finally posting a review. The salesman did his job but when we got home and looked at the paperwork, we will just say it did not align to what we had understood had been talked about. In fairness, we did not address it as soon as we realized and will not but it has left us uncomfortable.

Spent two afternoons with sales associate, Tina Perry, choosing four entire rooms of furniture. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Her design expertise was invaluable as this could have been a very daunting task. She was up front regarding the supply chain delays, although it still took quite a bit longer than anticipated. When the furniture was delivered, I was extremely pleased. The quality of all the furniture is outstanding and the delivery was smooth and efficient. The only complaint that I had was that the manufacturer failed to provide the necessary hardware for the placement of the mirror on one of the bedroom dressers. I notified Tina of the issue and she immediately started to work on obtaining the appropriate hardware and will have someone come back out to install. All in all, a good experience.

We purchased a lazy boy rocker recliner 2/26/21 we could not have had a more professional salesman Paul Hall he went above and beyond to see that we were getting what we wanted and needed. He explained that due to the pandemic we would be a few months no problem. When we picked up the chair on 7/17/21 it was wrapped didn't realize there was a problem until later. It didn't sit right nor did the lever work smoothly. We called and explained, someone was sent out on 8/25/21 he said he didn't even need to sit in it he could tell by looking at it. He arranged pickup on 11/27/21, we received it back in December with the problem only worsening. We have been spoke to like we need instructions as to how to maneuver a recliner. We have two old lazy boys and have never had a problem. Lazy boy stores don't want to get involved due to us not purchasing it through them. Understandable! Not only has this been a major headache but a financial hardship due to $934.73 dollars later we have a chair that is defective. I would never recommend Tyners, customer service is ultimately important

We visited Tyner Furniture while we were looking to invest in a couch and recliner. Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products and fabrics Tyner had to offer. We were very pleased with the service he provided.
