Exceptional service!
I needed a replacement for my dead-bolt door lock. After picking my replacement from Stadium Hardware’s large selection, I explained my problem to one of their team members (Billy). He suggested that I just needed the bolt part of the assembly which I could buy separately for a third of the price of a new lock. He then took the time to configure the settings and installed the front plate to match my original lock. I took it home, installed it, and the lock now works perfectly!
I am a very satisfied customer.

Edit - New issue, needed central air conditioner parts. Got them, and expertise. Spent a total of $44 plus tax, versus a $132 per hour service call. I wish they were located on the east side of town.
We live on the other side of town, and don't shop over there often. Woke up to a cold house with a failed furnace igniter. Figured out the part, no one local (and open on a Saturday) had the part, including the big box stores - except for Stadium Hardware. Very competitive price too. Brian confirmed it was in stock, so headed over. He open the box and examined the igniter before selling it to me. I bought two, and proactively replaced the other furnace's igniter at the same time since it was 12 years old. Highly recommend Stadium Hardware - they carry parts other hardware stores don't.

I always love shopping here. The staff knows their products, knows where things are located, walks you thru the store to show you where your requested items can be found and want to make sure to get you the correct item to fill you needs. I watched a gent purchase caulk, but another employee pointed out it may take longer than he would like to dry, so several team members helped him find a more appropriate product. That all took place in the matter of 5 minutes yet was still impressive! You just don’t see that kind of service much anymore!

Their prices may be higher than the big box stores but I’m more than glad to pay for the knowledge the employees at Stadium bring to the table. They really provide a service and are more than glad to help educate customers and they do it in a manner that never makes you feel talked down to. Really a quality local business!

I shop here occasionally for the restaurant where I work. I'm not mechanically inclined at all, and the people who work here are always incredibly patient and helpful. They have always had what I've needed. They are my go-to spot for any of our hardware needs, be it parts or tools.

The folks working at Stadium are knowledgeable, generous, and patient. They've helped me with so many different types of projects from plumbing to art and tons in between. Saved me tons of money with smart solutions and willingness to help fabricate. Really good at meeting me where I am with projects. Not assuming and not condescending A true gem of Ann Arbor.

For my money, time, and just the "hardware experience," hands-down the best hardware store in the area. I've relied on Stadium for 40 years running. Expert staff in every conventional hardware area I've ever needed. (Don't expect knicknacks, home decor, toys, pottery or live plants.) Prompt, detailed, focused answers -- or they hand you to a colleague who's a better fit. Veteran owners work the floor, creating real customer-focused culture. Yes, I occasionally shop other hardware stores or even big box (e.g., lumber), but I've gotten so much patient advice and mentoring from these folks that I'm still getting a huge bargain, even if some tools, supplies, or softener salt MIGHT cost slightly less elsewhere. Where else do I know 10+ staff by name? Their small parts inventory is absolutely ridiculous, For a specific product need through some weird DIY idea I've got, they don't quit until you're helped. If all the advice and parts I've gotten from Stadium Hardware were to disappear, my house and all its infrastructure would collapse.

This is the best hardware around. You can go there for almost anything. When I need an unusual part for my boiler or even my hot water heater, they either have it or they find it for me. I can't say enough about their customer service, whatever you need save time and just go to Stadium Hardware!
