“I highly recommend this U-Haul neighborhood location at Carpenter Brother's in Ann Arbor.
I reserved the u-haul online, and then went in and confirmed all of the information with the employee. The entire process from arrival to driving out of the lot took less than 10 minutes. Painless and easy! :)”

“My husband and I were renting a truck for a cross-state move and picked it up from here, along with a couple of extra supplies. I was a bit unsure how it was going to go, as this was our first time moving with a 20' truck.
But my concerns were immediately resolved by this lovely location. The owner got us ready to go very quickly with all of the paperwork, and even patiently helped us learn how to operate the shifter in the truck before we headed off. We (and all of our things) made it safely to our destination. Thank you, Kai!!”
“Brandon, the Branch Manager, went above and beyond to help my family out when we were placed in a time crunch situation. We needed assistance from U-Haul to support a specific time frame for unloading our U-Boxes due to having a family full of first responders and organizing around their schedules. In addition, our unload had to allow us time to prepare for laying my father’s ashes to rest within 1 week. There were large and small items in those U-boxes that were needed for the family gathering for my father’s service. Brandon took upon himself to eliminate any roadblock and single handedly made sure we were taken care of within the timeframe needed. He was a blessing at a very difficult time.”

“Overall I had a very good experience. The mobile app option was super convenient, so much easier than going to the counter. A couple of suggestions to improve the process. Leave the key in the vehicle for renters who reserve on line. This would avoid the need to go inside to retrieve they key. Second, I requested a dolly and one wasn't in the truck and I didn’t realize until we arrived at our destination. Other than those two factors, I had a great overall experience.”

“I didn't know i needed to take pics before I took off. I tried to do it, but I got confused. Nothing wrong with vehicle or anything. Really nice guy in charge of it. I would use that location again. Oh, who knew, that a liquor store had uhauls lol. Every type of uhaul. I chose the large van. Very well maintained, clean. My first electric start vehicle. Where you push a button to start. The uhaul transaction went very smooth. Thanks.”
