Booked an appointment with Christiano. He did a great job listening to what I wanted and took the time to examine my individual curl patterns. He even brought out a ruler to illustrate how much hair he would cut which I appreciated as I was trying to retain length. Highly recommend getting your hair cut with him!

I live in the Chicagoland area, but was recently in Ann Arbor and really needed a haircut. I was worried booking with someone other than my regular stylist. But I took a chance and booked with Christiano. The bob he gave me was the best I ever had, just perfect! Next time I need my hair cut, I will be tempted to drive the seven hours to go back to Christiano!

Ailee is an absolutely gem. I came in with a bad cut from a different salon that needed some serious work. She fixed it up better than I could have imagined! I’m absolutely in love with my hair. She really knew what to do and told me every step of what she was doing to ensure I was okay with it. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going here for a very long time. There has always been drama and attitude between stylists. This time my very experienced stylist burned hair off of my head. There was stubble on my scalp where she burned my scalp with the blow dryer. The haircut was awful. Save yourself the heartache and stay away.

I had a color service done at this salon, but unfortunately, it was not done correctly and according to my request. I came in with a light golden crown and left with red hair, which was not what I wanted. I also had color stains on my forehead and she also colored my scalp. I reached out to the salon, and Sam responded promptly. She was very helpful and committed to resolving the issue. As part of her effort to make things right, she offered me the opportunity to have my hair corrected by a stylist named Felix.
If you’re looking for a stylist who knows what they’re doing, ask for Felix. Altho he doesn’t speak English well, he took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered perfect results. I’m very pleased with how my hair turned out and truly appreciate the excellent service I received.
I highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for great service and professionals who genuinely care about their clients.

I’m writing to make others aware about my disappointing experience at Tricho Hair Salon at Briarwood in Ann Arbor. I paid a professional price for highlights, expecting professional service, but did not get it. When I got home, I noticed hard dye stains on my skin around my hairline and ears. Despite repeated washing, the stains wouldn’t come off, showing a clear lack of care during the application. I took photos to document this unacceptable result.
I called the salon to inform of this and was promised a manager would follow up, but later learned on a call that no manager was available. They suggested I return to “fix” it, but I was already an hour away, making this impractical. Their only response was a dismissive “sorry,” which didn’t address the issue. Paid $300. This reflects poorly on the stylist’s skill, staff’s customer service, and management’s oversight. I urge others to reconsider booking here, as the service and follow-up don’t match the professional price.

I absolutely love seeing Amelda here for highlights and haircuts. My hair has brassy undertones and she is always able to lift it while keeping the color golden and bright. She pays great attention to detail and I feel she really cares about her clients’ happiness and the health of their hair. Would absolutely recommend her!

I’ve been seeing my hair dresser since 2021, and I’ve never been the type to consistently follow up with only one hair dresses. She’s amazing, and I’m gatekeeping her name so I enjoy her for a while more lol.
Overall, hair color and blow outs are so divine here.

Denied haircut due to having think hair despite telling the receptionist this exact fact upon booking. Very disappointed. Left feeling frustrated, and full of shame about my own appearance. I do not support companies in the habbit of body shaming their paying clients - and you should’t either. Very upset with this experience.

The staff was irresponsible, unwelcoming, and showed no regard for my time. I deeply regret booking an appointment with them and driving 30 minutes on a tight schedule to get my hair done, only to be rejected because I was 5 minutes late.
