Love Trader Joe's products. Parking is always a challenge. Staff and other customers aren't as friendly as other stores I've been to.

i’ve shopped here for years and the customer service has been excellent. however at checkout when i ask to split my cart into two orders, the cashier shannon immediately tells me how i need to be “fast” and have it in two separate baskets. I’ve done split orders over 10+ times with no one ever complaining or telling me to be “faster” or needing to put it into 2 baskets. there was no one behind me in line and no other waiting customers either. I don’t understand the need to rush customers over my cart which had a total of 6 items. Next i removed something from my cart and told her i wanted to “place it back and not buy it”. A minute later she takes it from me and adds it to my bill. After i then repeated that i had asked to put this back she responds “you need to be more clear next time because we need to be fast”. truly don’t understand where there wasn’t “clear communication” after i had very clearly told her just a minute prior. For the second telling me to be “faster” as i’m standing in front of her with a total of 6 items to be checked out and no one waiting in line behind us. I understand a need for efficiency but being rude to customers and constantly complaining accomplishes nothing. In my previous experience all the staff have been nothing but nice. Dissapointed that Shannon didn't seem to hold up to that same standard of service. overall love this store so much just really disappointed with the way i was spoken to today.

This place is great. However, it's too small for the area and parking is god awful. It needs an upgrade, and it's extremely obvious.

My only gripe is the parking but it's not enough to dock a star. The staff is always SO nice and you can't beat the quality and prices. Even tho it's out of the way, I try to make a stop to stock up on TJ essentials every few weeks. Highly recommend the frozen section, wines, and the triple ginger snap cookies!

It's the only Trader Jose in the area. Biggest downside is the severe lack of parking!

Staff are great! The only con, and it’s unique to every Trader Joe’s, is the madness of the parking lot. But after 2 years of coming to this one every weekend you get over it, it’s just a part of the trip.
