I absolutely love this store. The staff is very experienced and take the time to make sure you walk out with the perfect shoe for you. My oldest son has flat, wide feet and constantly struggles with finding a shoe that fits appropriately and is comfortable for a 12hr shift. The sales associate fit him with the perfect shoe. She was very knowledgeable when it came to foot issues such as flat feet, bunions, and hammer toe. She made sure to show him the shoes that were best for his condition. She also fit my husband and I with the perfect shoes while my 3yr old bombarded her with questions and my 1yr old was screaming. She never rushed us and never got flustered. She even got us a discount and found me a pair of my favorite shoes on clearance.

I have big, wide feet, and it's hard to find comfortable shoes. Maddy very patiently helped me pick out the perfect pair of shoes. My HOKAs are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. The rest of the staff are helpful too.

Kind, helpful associates, who are great at selling a quality product without feeling pressured to buy. Will always come back when I need ergonomic shoes. And the expensive insoles completely fixed my uncomfortable heels, saving a $300 pair of shoes!

I went today just to see if there were sandals I might be interested in. The salesman was very polite and intuitive. He brought out the ones I was looking at and then another suggestion he thought might work. It totally worked and was a much better fit for me and my style.He also helped me find a pair of shoes and was deftly switching between me and other customers. He gave great service to all and was very good with add on suggestions of socks and special care sprays for the shoes.I highly recommend this store for the excellent customer service and fantastic selection.

I can’t sing enough praises about Kelton, who was my salesperson and who I later learned is the manager of the Ann Arbor store. Kelton took his time with me and was respectful of this older woman; remaining patient while I tried on and walked around In several different makes and styles of shoes. They have the best brands, Birkenstock, Dansko and Aetrex among others. Good prices as well!

I came in on an impulse because I'd been wanting a pair of Birkenstocks for a while, and saw that they had some. I was helped by two associates who were very friendly and professional, one of whom had only been there a day, but knew a lot about the shoes I was getting. Very happy with the service and the shoes, and was even more thrilled when I later found out that the company is employee owned. Will definitely come back here in the future.

Nice to have a mall that's still open amid the pandemic. Wonder what it'll look like once the renovations are done.

Not a big mall, but good enough. They have several nice stores. WHBM, PB, Macy's, altar'd state, Apple, coach. The mall isn't heavily packed for a Saturday afternoon. It's easily walkable. The lower bowl is where the bulk of folks are in here. They can get Starbucks or Wetzel's pretzels. There is no food court here, that's odd for a mall.
