I took it to Convenience Auto on Jewett in Ann Arbor and they diagnosed a much less expensive repair was needed in my wheel bearing. They fixed it in a day and my car with nearly 300,000 miles on it is working great! Plus the guys are very honest and nice. I've been there in the past, and I'll be back again. “Made an appointment for an oil change at 10:00. Dropped the car off at 10:05, let them know I would be waiting. Came back at 11:15 to pick up the car, it had always taken about an hour in the past. They hadn't even started working on it, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Update: The owner reached out and took steps to rectify the situation.”
