A very solid total wine. They were vigilant of long lines at the checkout, which was much appreciated. One feature of this total wine, which I have not noticed at other stores, is the small bottles section. It's a fun way to try things without doing mini bottles or full-size ones...

Our go to spot for state minimum priced alcohol. Large selection of wine, beer, liquor. I like the sections throughout featuring local Michigan suppliers also. Rewards app accumulates points for occasionally $5 off non-alcohol items and free wine gift bags. Tons of parking, and in the same strip as Kohl's, Dick's, and Best Buy. It can sometimes feel a little overwhelming with how big it is, and might a little be hard to find something that you're looking for.

We first became aware of Total wine and more in Minnesota when my stepson was going through his residency at St Paul and we would visit. We were shocked at the low prices for alcohol in the state of Minnesota absolutely insane low prices and Total Wine was among the lowest so when they opened Total wine in Michigan we just had to check it out of course because Michigan prices are controlled by the Michigan liquor control commission they're not going to be as low as Minnesota's but they are very competitive with everyone else and they've got a huge selection. If you ever visit Minnesota you have to stock up on liquor I mean their prices are 30 to 35% less than Michigan. It's almost as if the people at the liquor control commission in the state of Minnesota and all the liquor store owners are having a big orgy and they're all friends and lovers. But since we're stuck here in Michigan the best we can do is Total Wine and more in Michigan. If you're anywhere close to Ann Arbor and you have not checked this place out yet try it out. The selection is so big that you'll be in there for hours. And one more thing The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I'm telling ya!

Friday evening and all kinds of taste testing happening. Best Happy Hour in town. Ended up having a great conversation with another client and staff about Gin. I love what I purchased to try.

From Raleigh NC to Michigan, I have found this place to be exceptional with meetings my needs. What ever you want they generally have it weather its's a gift , personal gift, or for an occasion. Staff are great and always helpful. Only thing that's totally out of their control is when beverages are only distributed in certain states. Total wines is A-1.

Only docking a star because they didn't have the one thing I was hoping to find (olive brine - and yes I know it's niche but Plum Market had three different brands of it) but overall this is a great store. Well organised, decent prices, tastings (I tried a couple of wines), and really nice staff. The gentleman pouring the tastings in the front was lovely and so helpful as was a staff member we spoke to (I believe her name was Persephone but only glanced at a name tag) who told us about the wine classes which sound SO fun. We'll definitely be coming back for them. There was also a representative from Bailey's sampling their new product (a chocolate liqueur) who had a little display of free pins as well that were super cute. I got a little martini pin for my tote bag.Overall, even though I didn't end up buying anything on this visit, I was still glad I stopped in and will definitely be back. Really great people working here.

Revising my review to five stars after the kind and thoughtful response from the staff. They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to customer service which goes a long way.(As an aside, please start stocking olive brine as a mixer!! There are so many brands available now - eg stirrings.com/products/d…)Thanks for the consideration!

Total meaning, an average. Most wines here are low quality. Good wines are here, but way too few. $15-$65 they are great. $65-$200 bad. Home run wines are here, but nothing not available elsewhere.

Overwhelmingly wonderful selection of alcohol (wine, spirits, etc). All the sections are clearly labeled and it was really easy to maneuver through the store. They also have little tabs on most of the wine that further detail with the wine is like so that's really nice without having to actually take bottles down off the shelves. The people at the tasting counters are a tiny bit pushy, but that's their job. I don't blame them for it.Elizabeth at the checkout counter was absolutely incredible. I really enjoyed taking a moment to talk to her about the store and the rewards program; she is absolutely an asset to the company.

I had such a great experience here.Persephone helped me and my mom pick out some Malbecs wines today and we loved their choices! They were literally the nicest and their help was so appreciated. Thanks for helping us find some great wine!

What is not to like, unlike most businesses post Covid, they actually feel like they are staffed appropriately. Staff were kind and listened well. I left a question and had a call back within the week. Clean, friendly and well provisioned - lots to look at and great prices.

An amazing selection of wine and alcohol. Wine manager and team seem very knowledgeable. Definitely check out the wine tasting class. Very educational and fun.

Really disappointed, I ordered several new Non-Alcoholic beers to try for delivery. They came and none of them had been refrigerated at all and almost all of them had bad off flavors (banana) because of the improper storage. All these IPAs should not taste like banana, especially at $12-$14 a six pack. Beer can develop off flavors after just a few days being unrefrigerated and I'm super disappointed they don't refrigerate their seasonal/special beers, but have rows and rows of coolers for other beers. They should know better, these aren't "hop seltzers" and are actually brewed beer with the alcohol removed. Not making this mistake again.

My husband and I love this place! It's our one-stop shop for everything drinks related. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have wine tastings. I could honestly spend hours in there because their place is so huge, and their selection is so vast!
