do not shop here until the DISTRICT MANAGER dan is fired. employees will lose there job if they don't hit their credit card quota for the month and are threatened with it daily.

Stood in a very long line to pay for two nightstands. Paid. Right away noticed one of the nightstand legs was almost totally broken. They made us take our receipt and walk to the back of the line to return instead of returning at the same register. Then when we got to the front of the line twenty minutes later they acted suspicious of our return that never left the store.

Great staff, decent selection of men's clothes. They can be a bit understaffed so try to go when its not too busy.

I usually love this TJ Maxx but there is one cashier that is so rude and I get her almost every time I shop there. She gave me issues for returning something that had tags and I had the receipt. She makes snide comments and makes you feel uncomfortable. I will not shop here anymore because I've dealt with this associate too many times. She should not be working in customer service.

Clean, spacious store. Couldn't find much in 3xl though. Other than that, there's plenty of options.

Haven't been here in ages, recently stopped by as I needed a shoulder strap bag for my upcoming trip. The luggage area was a mass, the suitcases were all over the floor, blocking the access. Other areas of the store were more organized.
I wasn't able to find one, but I did score a bag when I went to the men's section. They had some shoulder strapped bags and definitely found one that worked for me.
So the moral of the story, check other location of the store because you never know what you'll find.

I shopped today at 6 pm. There were two cashiers. The older one, wearing glasses she was very rude. I don’t want to say she told me. this at platform. She doesn't do her job well. Her attitude is very wrong with customer. She doesn’t fit this position. I talked to with manager. She was polite and she told me I will talked to her. It is not enough. I will follow this situation. I am curious. How will the store find a solution? I am going to reach T.J.Maxx customer service “Manager” It’s not acceptable.

Visiting from out of town. First thing noticed was the floors were filthy! Desperately needed sweeping and mop/scrub! Dust bunnies all over under clothes racks throughout store.

Horrible customer service experience, the woman at the counter would not return our item that had clearly not been worn and still had tags on it. She made multiple rude comments to me asking if I wore the item and when I told her I had not worn it only tried it on she said "would you buy this" "you clearly wore this" and then said she was going to get an item off the floor that "clearly looked better than the item I was returning." I cannot believe the experience I just had at this location and she should not be working in customer service.
When I called after leaving to speak with a manager it unfortunately was the same woman. We won't be back at this location and will only shop at the one in Ypsilanti from now on.
