“I’d like to share my experience with my new Lexus. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the car; it’s everything I hoped for, and I love driving it. When I picked it up from the dealership, it still had the dealer’s ribbon on it, which was a nice touch, but I noticed it wasn’t fully detailed. I had to go home and clean it myself because I was hoping for that new-car feeling, even though it’s a certified 2025 model with about 15,000 miles on it. Still, to me, it feels brand new. Additionally, I discovered a small crack in the windshield that I wasn’t informed about. While the car is fantastic overall, I would really appreciate it if the dealership could consider replacing the windshield.”

“I had been informed by another auto expert that my problem was likely my driveshaft. I took it to Convenience Auto on Jewett in Ann Arbor and they diagnosed a much less expensive repair was needed in my wheel bearing. They fixed it in a day and my car with nearly 300,000 miles on it is working great! Plus the guys are very honest and nice. I've been there in the past, and I'll be back again. These guys keep me from having to buy a new car in this horrible economy! Thanks guys!”

“I had a unique situation with my TPMS sensors as some tools picked them up and some didn't. While every other shop wanted to sell me new ones there wasn't anything functionally wrong with them and after stopping by (literally) 7 other shops the guys at this Belle Tire LISTENED and fixed the problem, for free, even rejecting the tip I tried to give them. Costco is great for TP and chicken, but come here for your tire work!”
“I give this location an employee's five stars for their service! All I needed was a tire plugged and two auto shops turn me down and told me to find a tire shop. They took my Jeep right in, fixed the tire and got my 8-month-old baby boy and myself on our way! Hospitality was nice and they went an extra mile to help me out in the end! Thank you!!”

“I had a flat tire on Labor Day, and the call center over booked that morning, but they still got me in. I didn't qualify for any of the financing options but was still able to buy at least one tire with reasonable cost and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Good conversations while waiting for the tire to be installed. Good experience and will highly recommend.”
“Sold me great tires 22 inch about 2 weeks before and theres an obvious rim leek loosing air went back and off coarse they didn't see the rim fracture so now I have to buy a new rim but they did there best to help me and make it cheap as possible but if they had done it right in the frist place it could've been way cheaper less time consuming the worker was very kind but overall it was quite a head ache”

“Initially I was weary of the low reviews; however, when taking our car to Costco Tires, Dean provided excellent customer service. He was not only kind, patient, and explained everything clearly to us but took the time to listen to us.
Despite being short staffed, I could tell that he was trying his best and even went out of his way to run back to the work area to double check and confirm various tire details to make sure we were getting the correct tires. I believe it was just him at the front and 2 others working on the tires before an Administrative Manager came to help with the line behind me.
You can tell that the tire shop folks are truly trying their best and seeing things from their shoes, I can imagine it to be quite exhausting trying to handle multiple customers while not having enough people to run the tire center. It seems that staffing is the main issue and I hope Costco's administrative team can help provide more recruitment efforts in this department.”
