Nice and friendly. But clients’ satisfaction is secondary.I have been trying to change some beneficiaries with my wife. Lots of talk, and it has not happened. I am not allowed to do it on line. In person, sessions are 30 minutes.

Never gets back with you, by email or phone.I’m taking my money out of TIAA and putting it into Fidelity. Fidelity customer service is way better.And TIAA don’t respond back to this review by telling me to call customer service because I’ve done so several times
